Hays - Recruitment Agency Adelaide

It was such a bad experience. I have been looking for the job and one day a consultant named Manthan calls me and asks me if I am interested in this job. To which, I replied yes and he took my CV and details but never replied back. Not even on email. I had a very bad experience

Never reply to job applications. None of the people listed on the job advertised are contactable. They don't answer emails and their phone numbers are always switched off or unavailable. Waste of time. Joke of a company. Stay away from them

Don't believe that years of hard, high quality work for this company will earn you any mutual respect from any of the Hays Adelaide team.

From my own personal experience with Hays (around 19 years). I'm left with the opinion that -

* PD's don't reflect actual role

*they doesn't reflect the employer's expectations of you, the contractor

*they won't follow up with any issues you have as a contractor, once you're in a role, earning them money

*& importantly, the actual expectation of the employer does not reflect in the pay that Hay's provides you with as a contractor.

Stay clear at any cost (and if you're still curious, search Hays underpayments case on Google. It took a class action for Hays to admit their errors & cost them $30 million dollars)

I wouldn't have given the one star, if zero stars was an option.

Hays has been a wonderful experience for me. Job fit perfect. Easy use of systems. Exceptional customer service Yvonne has been great at responding to my questions. Have loved every bit of this experience. Definitely recommend.

Interview with them was on point all points covered in a professional and timely manner. Consultation from Erin couldn't have gone better, happy to recommend them to anyone looking to improve their employment possibilities.

I don, t have any idea how to express my positive feelings. Hays really did help me to land my dream job. They really follow up your application and make sure you perform well in interview.
For me, Natasha really helped me to get my dream job. Christina also did good job in my previous application.

Unclear management by Irene, please be aware, otherwise she could say 6 months work and it could be 6 days.

As far been with Hays for nearly 1yrs and half, I have amazing experience work with them, Shout out to "Chriss Benson", one of the BEST manager I work with,
Even I never meet him, just have conversations through the email, never miss any inquiry I ask, same goes to his mate "Rhiannon camp", she's lovely and softspoken girls. They build a good team for us. Never turn me and my partner down. Now I know why the worker have trust and loyal to them. Chriss! U are legend!

Have sent multiple emails. Have sent my resume. Stone cold silence. Not impressed. Cant be bothered getting back to me or looking at my resume. Poor service.

Totally disappointed about this agency, try to reach them a lot of times by calls or emails, nobody reply.
You can have experience no one cares.

I don’t normally post reviews but this place is something else …: but NOT in a good way.
If I could give them a zero star rating I would.
Most of the previous reviews sum up exactly how I feel about this company.

The lack of care and overall inability to operate the company in a professional manner is disgusting.
Phone calls are never returned, emails not returned, if you constantly call to get a hold of them they’ll recognise your number and answer with a whole lot of attitude and then proceed to make fake promises.

They also have no idea how to take responsibility for their own mistakes and incompetency.

If I could give 0 star, I would rate that. Completely unprofessional and don't know what kind of people they hire. Despite providing and proving about my skills and responsibilities, they just state reasons like you are not fit for the role. I have relevant experience and covered every facet of the job requirements, still I get responses like this. Complete waste.

Hays team has been very helpful since the day one. They help you with finding the suitable role and once you are shortlisted they will help you Onboarding and makes everything easy for you.

Good and Professional People. They explain you in details about the Job description, keeps followup with Client and give you feedback on right time.

I was unemployed for 2 months and was really struggling to try and find work. I had had multiple interviews with different organisations which all fell through for varying reasons. My biggest challenge was finding an organisation which had such an amazing culture and support a part time student.

I reached out to Hays for work and was contacted within a couple weeks about a full time contract role. Not only is this role aligned with my skills, the team is amazing! I am now working in a flexible and supportive team. Despite being on a contract I feel I have complete job security because the organisation wants to try keep us all on, and Hays is regularly updating us about other suitable roles.

I cannot thank the Hays team enough! With your support I hope to kickstart my career in marketing and administration, as I now finish my studies.

Worst consultancy so far in Australia. All they do is call you for an interview and say you are good and never call back. I was called the first day for an interview with them and after 2 years they called and asked to send us an updated resume. Very Bad

It was a good experience, as my recruiter always kept me informed what was happening with my application. She offered me a better suited position for me to grow and thrive in future.
