So very disappointed, ordered flowered for valentine.flowers arrived not looking anything like in the photos and welted aswell. Overpriced.

We had our wedding back in October 2022. The flowers were absolutely stunning! My favourite were the king proteas that were such a beautiful statement. I was honestly worried I wouldn’t get the flowers I hoped for given the season and post Covid time, but Hayley’s exceeded expectations.

Working with Lyn and their team was one of the easiest parts of our planning, including Lyn working with our stylist to really pull everything together. This was much appreciated considering we were planning a wedding in Adelaide while living interstate. On the day of our wedding, there was some miscommunication about the flower crown, but the team worked quickly and easily sorted this out! I didn’t have to think twice about it.

We are so grateful to Hayley’s for being a part of a very special day for us. We couldn’t recommend them more!

This florist is my “go to” place! These lovely ladies are not only friendly and very helpful but there flower arrangements are gorgeous. Very talented girls that know there stuff!

I asked for a ‘bespoke’ flower arrangement that celebrated the vibrancy and colours of summer that would make my wife feel good on her 60th birthday. Linda has a fantastic feel for colours and how they work together to create a great memory. This is a great business highlighting quality and customer service and great coffee while u wait. This is an “ all women “ effort. Well done girls!

Lyn did an amazing job of matching available fresh flowers to my fake bridal bouquet. Communication and delivery was smooth and efficient. The flowers were stunning, receiving many complements and I even requests to take them home!

Mum and I recently ordered two large wreaths for dad funeral. They were absolutely beautiful and exactly as requested. Each wreath was different but incorporated a wide variety of flowers including dad's favourite, roses. The colours were stunning in vibrant and softer shades of pink, purples, mauves, magenta, and white. They were admired by many at dad's funeral. Six days later, they are still looking wonderful! I placed a phone order (from Melbourne) with Eevie for a customised arrangement. I specified what I wanted and Eevie checked in a couple of times by text to clarify and confirm a couple of details. I needed next day delivery within a 2-hour window which was possible (for a surcharge). The recipient sent me a photo - the arrangement was exactly as I'd imagined, the flowers were beautiful and were delivered within the specified time frame. This was my first time using Hayley's Flower Shop and it was a 5-star experience. Thanks Eevie:)

I'm from Sydney and ordered the Unicorn bundle for my granddaughter who's in SA who broke her arm. And all I can say is once they arrived the photo on line doesn't do them justice. Thank you so much she loves them so much and it made her happy.

The entire process was fantastic, the team were really responsive via email, answered all my questions, sent sample images of what the balloons would look like.

Was very disappointing that the lillies were all brown the bridal bouquet ribbon falling off and pins coming out of the bouquets before we even got to the ceremony the special charm that I had was not tied on to well and fell of which I nearly lost

Hayley’s Flower Shop & Balloons went above and beyond for my 21st! I ordered a trio of balloons, a personalised sign and a large preserved flower arrangement, all of which exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was amazing, they were extremely accommodating and did everything I asked for and more. I could not recommend them more for any event or special occasion.

I ordered ballons and flowers for my baby shower. The flowers (Hamilton Vase) were stunning and I was very happy. The balloons (Pretty Pink and Rose Gold - bundle) looked great in the store but unfortunately the foil balloon, with my name and baby shower date, had completely deflated by the time I got from the store to the venue. Noting this was a 20 minute drive, I was very disappointed bordering on upset, that I didnt even get time to have a photo with the whole bundle. The other balloons in the package were great and even still afloat a week later.
