Hastings Cunningham, the founder of Mount Gambier, was born in India in 1825, and died in 1908. He decided to call his new town Gambier Town, the name of the mountain close by, but then decided to ad ton. Later, the town became known as Mount Gambier. The Blue Lake Dog Obedience Club now have access to this land and make very good use of it. Dog obedience school happens every Sunday morning and Wednesday morning. Bruce, the Wonder dog has been going to dog obedience lessons for quite a while now has become my shining star But he still needs to wear a muzzle. Patience is a virtue when you love someone alot. We will be fine.

I regularly use the dog exercise enclosures plenty of room for them to run around it also has other facilities such as BMX track and tennis courts etc wonderful part of Mount Gambier

Plenty of space at the doggy park. Separate areas available if necessary. Woof woof. Have a good one.

The car show was great the Rain God was good and held off thank you to all that made it all happen you know who you are well done got the whole town buzzy and out and about

Small dog park great for leisure time, 5 others were there with dogs aswell, next to it is a large dog park around same number of dogs there aswell

Took my grandchild for a walk in the pram there. He loved watching the dogs running in the small dog & large dog enclosures. It was nice to see so many people bringing there dogs there for a run & meet & great outing.
Also we watched a lot of kids on their bikes & scooters going around the awesome bmx track.

Great facilities. Enclosed dog park for small and separate large dogs. Two enclosed dog areas. Water facilities, clean up bags supplied, seating for people. Doggy fun!

Fantastic facilities. Skate park, 2 secure dog parks for big and small pooches, plenty if green area, playground. Toilet amenities. Great spot

It had lots of trees around the outside of it. The football grounds were in verygood condition. Very pleasing to walk around twice.

Safe, large and small areas, dog bags provided, obstacles, neat. Most people clean up after their dogs.
