78Purchaded a new 65" TV and used click and collect. I realised during setup that the wrong model had been supplied. I emailed Harvey Norman Support and they responded within 2 business hours. Not only did they quickly send somone out to swap the TV for the correct model, but they even offered to set it up for me, saving me the hassle of doing so again. The issue was completely resolved within 24 hours. Mistakes happen, but their respose and resolution was exceptional. Thanks Harvey Norman Woodville.

My husband and I bought a dryer from the Woodville store.
We noticed that it was not working as it should. I called the Woodville store to organise the next steps. I spoke to a member of staff called 'Calvin'. I explained the situation and the foul smell our dryer was making. Calvin kept cutting me off and was talking to me in a discriminatory manner. He was rude, abrupt and prejudice. I then requested to speak to a manager. Calvin argued with me, and then, begrudgingly put on a man named Ian, that was apparently the manager.
Ian was not much better. He dismissed me and my concerns. I asked for him to send me a copy of the company policy so that I could get a better understanding, and he claimed that "it was not apart of his job to email customers". That was a shock to me as I would assume in a job that requires interacting and communicating with customers that a small request like an email wouldn't be a huge task. ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS QUOTE IS TAKEN FROM THE WEBSITE 'the Harvey Norman business delivers a consistently excellent customer experience across all platforms'.
Honestly, we are in 2023 & men are talking like this to women? Also how about resolve the issue and we would not need to tell the internet how bad of a company they are.
I recently had a pleasant dealing With Ryan Jefferies in the electronic department. He was super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help. If you are looking for a computer or new mobile he is the person id be asking for. Thanks mate
I’m very disappointed with the service and quality. I bought a computer from this store and it came with the incorrect charger. I took it back and was brushed off by the staff who were quite rude to me.
Sales staff are really good and I like dealing With them
But 45 minutes to get three items from the store is ridiculous and the guys wandering around as if he didn’t know where he was or what he was doing at my hourly rate they owe me $100 for time wasted
I’d expect maybe 15-20 minutes tops
That was the most annoying and time wasting exercise if had with these clowns ever

This guy (I think he’s manager) should be stood down as he’s not helping the poor bloke at the photo centre. I could see the manager walking around doing nothing but made me wait 1 hour 17 minutes for 7 prints.
Good service today in the furniture section from Adam (not sure that's correct but my partner swears it is ️).
We were looking for a new lounge suite, and very happy with the service and advice.

Customer service was disappointing. We were looking to buy a headphone and only asked a question to the staff. The male staff was very rude and did not even answer our question properly not until we asked again. Don’t think I will go back to store again.
Staff in computers and cameras provide good customer service and support. They have a good knowledge of their product range
Went for a storage card both people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Walked out with protection software. Very helpful guys.

I bought a nice computer monitor here a couple of months ago for work (4k, 43" samsung m7). They did a good deal because it was a display model, which i was very happy about, but when i got it home i realised it was missing the remote.i called the salesman back and he said he'd organise with their samsung sales rep to get me a remote.well that was 2 months ago.since then i have called back about 5 times.they keep fobbing me off with excuses, and they always promise to call me back but don't.i guess they can't get me a spare remote? It would be nice to be told that though.giving the run around is annoying.so 2/5 even though it was a decent deal on the monitor.
Looked at vacuum cleaners, was asked if we wanted help, answered no, was asked 4 more times in 5 minutes. We didn't purchase and if we were it would have been with a different sales person. Way too pushy.
Bought a new smart TV from here. The sales rep was a guy called Beniamino, and he was great. Reasonably priced for what we bought. Quick and easy. Would come back.
Visited during quite a chaotic time for all staff and customers as all computers were down (thus nothing could be purchased) but despite this it ended up being one of the best shopping experiences! The most wonderful staff member MICHAEL sprung into action and whilst patiently waiting, we sampled delicious coffee from one of the coffee machines! Talk about turning a negative to a positive. Well done to all staff I observed while testing out a massage chair and sipping great coffee:)
Went in to buy a fridge, wasn't greeted at the door, or at any moment while trying to locate the fridges. Stood in the section for about 25 minutes, not one employee said hello or asked if we wanted any help.
The range they have in-store isn't bad, just not great, will definitely be going to the good guys instead.
Incredibly rude & arrogant staff. Don't appreciate being talked down upon in a condescending manner when asking a question.
Only 1 person was polite the whole time we were there and asked if we needed any help, and then pointed us in the right direction.
