"re-edited"/star rating changed/comment changed - I'll be brief, dont like em, spent just over 3k and in future im not shopping here, stuff had to be ordered, there were problems, took way to long to order things in, were a bit cheeky in emails (head office or whatever, wherever that is as the emails werent getting sent from the whyalla store), didnt like a phone call i had after a delivery asking a simple question as it was really obvious by the older woman who answered the phone that day the attitude was like "what do you want/weve got your money kind of attitude". I'll spend elsewhere and have been.lots of good stuff on the internet, that's where i shop, thumbs down for Harvey Normal Aus wide.

Purchased a fridge with click and collect and it was ready for pick up within an hour. Friendly service

Didn't go in just passing have been in there before bought some out side furniture from there good value still have it the place itself is realy nice a bit expensive but better quality than most Yeah ild shop there again.

Harvey Norman Whyalla is a reasonable sized Harvey Norman with most things that the major cities have. Unfortunately they are unable to sell Apple Phones and watches as Apple consider them too small. We bought DJI Mini Drones from them. The price is the same as Adelaide and the service was exceptional. If things needed to be shiped in they were quick to notify you when they arrived. The service was so we bought a second.

Within two minutes of entering store, was approached and assisted by a proactive staff member Caelan G. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly and with patience. He helped us find the right option for us, and followed us through to checkout for speedy purchase. He explained returns and receipt retention as we are travelling. Great attitude, knowledge and made my purchase a pleasure.

Was ok but car over heated lucky they had shade so sat under a tree till I could put water in car went and looked inside so much great furniture

Bought a new vivo phone it keeps shutting down, I want money back as it's only 2 month's old but the asshat at the service counter wanted to send away to repair.not goog enough will never shop at Harvey Norman again.

Customer service - I bought a $2000 product on Friday afternoon and when I went to use it was DOA. I took it back into the store Saturday and the staff were so helpful. After a quick check on the product they replaced it straight away.

Team all ready to help you. But we only have the choice of 2 places to go for electrical goods these days unless you shop online.

Went there to buy a fridge the three we looked at and were in store were not availble to purchase. Was told we may have to wait 6 months.who waits 6 months for a fridge.went to competitors store.wadte if time travelling 75 kms to harvey normans in whualla.wont do that again

Had trouble connecting to the picture kiosk. Staff member bent over backwards to give an awesome customer service experience and get my phone connected and pictures printed.

Rang ahead to ask my questions so when i turned up it was just a matter of fill out the papers and collect from the boys out back. Awesome service.

Guy there was awsome helped us save money. Put us on a awsome plan for phones we never knew about. Will shop again for sure

Searched the whole town for a PC cord to no avail. HN came through, they'll be my first stop next time. Knowledgeable staff and great service.

At first bed pricing seemed resonable for the quality, but then at checkout, a current supplier promotion was passed onto us making the bed an amazing value! - Delivery yet to happen at this stage.

Always really helpful, great range in their store, especially outside of a major city, and great prices.
