Purchased a large fridge. Daniel and Joel managed to navigate a narrow stairwell of 3 levels. A very challenging and time consuming operation. Their conduct was extremely positive, professional and much appreciated.

The staffs are very helpful and has very broad knowledge. Basically bought most of our home appliances and electronics from here

I was super impressed liaising with Crystal to get some great advice on a dyson airwrap. After having poor service in Adelaide i told the staff don't worry i will get in port Lincoln next weekend. Got to port Lincoln and had the absolute best service from manager Jake. This is why you should always shop locally. Welldone Crystal, Jake and Zachary. We will be back

I was trying to return a faulty LG vacuum cleaner, and was met with the most disgusting customer service with lack of interest in solving my issue! If sale service is important to you, I’d recommend going to a different store.

Disgusting customer service from one employee. Got something fixed, picked it up turned it on was worse that what it took originally taken in for, took it back got told “water damage”. Was not first time item was brought currently on the 3rd one because of “water damage”. Be taking it further as refuse to fix or replace

I don't like the staff being pushy, as soon as you walk in Electrical section Bang there on to you, if I need a hand I'll ask

Purchased microwave and lounge for holiday home. Both areas provided good customer service and competitive pricing equal to Adelaide some 700km away

Went looking for camera lens filters & they have none in stock. Offered to order it but no good for a traveller.

I brought a Westinghouse fridge and freezer last week. I was served by Nikki Knibbs who had absolutely beautiful customer services, she was so well mannered and very helpful she made sure we were happy with our purchase and helped by giving us some discount, and we had our fridge delivered within an hour, I can’t highly recommend Nikki Knibbs enough.

Bought a coffee machine here. Great tasting demo. Service was excellent. The young man knew his product well.
