Harvey Norman Mount Gambier

Helpful staff. A good selection of "stuff" don't really like giving my money to Gerry Harvey, but its the only place in Mt Gambier for these household goods.

Harvey Norman store person was very helpful with my solution regarding tv highly recommended that person

Bought à Samsung tablet using multiple gift cards. Probably a nuisance to them but they handled it well! (The tablet is brilliant!).

Big shout out to Dave and Brody who fixed my printer when I got a bit of paper jammed in it. Thanks guys.

Been in the store several times in the past week looking at a kitchen table. Unable to get any service. 2 of the male workers were actually kicking a ball to each other rather then serving. None of them approached or asked any of the customers in the store if they needed help once while i was there. The lady was the only one actually working. It was terrible and several people left while i was there. The electronics department is always so helpful.
I can't buy this furniture online otherwise I would due to the service. I think i will drive to Warrnambool and purchase from their instead.

Great service, efficient staff member, Porscha was her name, respectfully listened to our request, provided friendly service and accurate information.

Harvey Norman has improved heaps over the last 5 years or so in my opinion, particularly in pricing and convenience. The Mount Gambier store has always been friendly and helpful. I'd like to thank Santosh (hope it's spelled right, buddy), Matt and Justine for their fantastic service. They have all answered all our queries and found us the best deals. Plenty of other great team as well. Will be back!

No complaints here not at all.went in for the 1000w nutri bullet.it was on sale in the store but the price that was on the shelf was not what was advertised on the Harvey Norman website for the mount gambier store.showed her the screen shot we took of the online advertised price.she went on her computer said yes it is that price I showed her.saved $30 but overall actually saved $69.very happy and thank you Harvey Norman.side note if you want to make smoothies.nutribullet is the best.do not waste money on anything else.it is quick no mess and so easy to use.my opinion.and today we went in for an iron a laptop plus a food processor.eoy 2022 sales.we bought all 3 with ease and very happy with service again.excellent bargains to be had here guaranteed

The guy on the floor that helped us pick our furniture was absolutely fantastic, but that’s pretty much where the positives end. Our furniture arrival date was constantly pushed back, we got a different story every time we called and asked about it and when we requested a reduction in price due to our chairs arriving almost 3 months later than the initial date (a total of 6 months after purchase) we were given $10 off each chair extremely reluctantly. On another occasion have gone in and asked for price matching, as stated on their website, for an item. On this occasion the employee stated that they were unfamiliar with that site and would therefor not honour the price match. Only after explaining their own policy to them did they again reluctantly price match, with the employee stating “I’ll do it to avoid an argument”. Would not recommend shopping here to anyone, the 2 stars are purely for the first fella that served us and was amazing.

Went into Harvey's to buy a selfie stick. Customer Service was excellent. Santosh was very helpful. Looking forward to taking many more photos in the future with my new selfie stick!

We had Justine who assisted us to purchase a new oven and stovetop. Justine was excellent in customer service and knowledge of products. I would not shop anywhere else after dealing with her. Exceptional employee

Had a snafu here with service. Probably a one off, the owner called and apologised, so my hat is off to him. Refund took a little while, but I was refunded in full. All up, I would say neither good or bad about this business, but they do hold stock in this place, unlike many.

Got my new washing machine from here, great instore service and the delivery guys were so good.

Could not fault the service provided by Amy, her product knowledge is astonishing and customer care is first class, could not recommend highly enough not enough.

Kristy was such a wonderful help today, her knowledge of what I was looking for and cheerful personality was fantastic.

I went in to look at mattresses, and after looking at them for so long online, I had a fair idea of what I would like. I was approached by Amy not long after I was in the store and told her what I was after. She was amazing, she was so understanding and knowledgeable on the products, and she gave me great insight into the features I was after. She even managed to sell me a bed frame that I wasn't looking for

Hello, would have rated this store as 5 stars, however I did not see Harvey while I was there and this really devastated me. Because of these events my wife of 10 years, divorced me. The divorce has really rattled me because as a 22 year old I have not got a lot of financial support, and this has put me out on the street. I cannot afford to even have 1 hot meal a day. Overall my disappointment is immeasurable and my life is ruined.

Absolutely disgusting service from a delivery man. His attitude was very unprofessional and as far as recommending My Gambler store, not a chance.
