To save you some time it always better to go rundle mall. U can compare prices, feel products at Harris scarff and ask for a price match. Dont like this place at all

I didn't know this shop existed! I got my air fryer almost $100 cheaper than rrp which made it similar price to the one below model? ! I would definitely go back to this shop if I need anything from Harvey Norman!
Was recommended by a few online webpages about clearance sale in this outlet. Most of the items we had shortlisted would cost us lesser (even though marginally) for a brand new one at a regular Harvey Norman store as compared to this "seconds" store.
Would not recommend going in here without doing your research first.

Lots of home electrical and kitchen accessories. We were however hoping to find furniture here too.
Our only criticism for this factory outlet is the street signage. We needed to make 2 passes to identify the driveway and negotiate vehicle traffic which was obstructing the driveway.
Called them and the guy was absolutely rude. Was just trying to clarify what he said and he was a total prick to me.
Prices are OK but the customer service is so hit and miss. Better off going to a normal store most times
Always good deals to be had. Remember to ask for a discount off the ticket price every time. Some brands are fixed price, but most have some wiggle room

Often much cheaper than regular Harvey Norman stores. A good place to pick up end of line stock cheap.
This place is good as you have a descent variety of goods and they will give even more off the prices when you purchase them. They have a huge range of fridges, ovens and washers and dryers. You really cant go wrong when you purchase from here. And they will also help to carry to the items to your car even if it is parked just down the road.
