Harvest Kitchen

It was recommended to visit from friends so we made reservation for my birthday lunch.
The experience was not so good overall. We called to ask if we can dine earlier than the booking time (30mins early) staff on the phone was cheerful and helpful. We arrived as they were happy for us to dine in earlier. -this was the only positive service we have received.

The waitress was not so helpful with our dine experience. She was becoming pretty busy and we were forgotten. It took almost two hours for lunch. We ended up just pay after the mains were out (we had feed me like barossan) and leave.
Because of this delay, we had to give up a visit to another attraction.

For the price we paid-
Serving service was actually below average.
Food was impressive except main dishes (they were average and contributed our premature departure)
Making bookings and communicating was excellent.

I am not sure if I would come back for another visit to this restaurant.

Very delicious food and drinks the staff are so friendly and I love how they always check on customers if they are allergic to anything and who have preferred dishes like anything with meat or veggie in it I would highly recommend going there

Such a gem of a cafe, gorgeous food, really thoughtfully presented. Lots of vegetarian options, Cody eclectic atmosphere and decor in a stunning part of the Adelaide Hills.

First timers & wow great service, A beautiful place & its all about the experience & the food was so so good that it was the best lunch ever had, definitely returning & highly recommended to have the Chefs feed me menu. Loved every dish that we can’t stop thinking about it.

Beautiful food with an excellent selection of vegetarian and meat based meals. The hommus and flatbread is quite possibly my favourite ever, and the broccoli is just divine.

For a busy restaurant, the service was really prompt, however lost that personal touch. The entrees were amazing! Loved the corn, hummus dip and broccoli! The mains were tasty however lacked seasoning and was a bit underwhelming. Great bathroom facilities and location. Reasonably priced.

Do yourself a favour and go here for dinner, the foods incredible. They managed to make vegetables taste better than the meat! Service is great too, the wait staff are all smiles and make you feel welcome to moment you step in.

Arrived for a late lunch without reservation but fortunately we were able to be seated straight away. Food was absolutely delicious and the young lady that served us was delightful. Being local, I don’t know why we have not been here before but will definitely be back regularly. Wonderful experience

Recommended for budget food tasting experience

Ended up here by accident, but so glad it was. Service was spot on with a very friendly and professional hostess who went out of her way to seat us and explain things. Food was absolutely top notch - fresh and packed full of flavour. There were also many options to suit my vegan partner which was great as this can be difficult. The restaurant was set in lovely surroundings and had a great vibe. Fantastic time and meal had by us all.

A must-have experience! The food and wine at Harvest Kitchen is exceptional, so is their ambience and service. We were a large group with lots of food orders, every dish was delish and beautifully served. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection - kudos to the chefs!

Beautiful setting overlooking the vines. If it's cool and you're sitting out be sure to take coat. They could really use some blinds to keep the breeze off. Menu is well priced with local fresh produce and a good selection of wine as you'd expect. Service is fab.

Everything I could ever ask for in dining.carefully invented and inspired menus.cheerful, generous and efficient service. Beautiful vine yard views. We never leave food but we had to, we were so satisfied.we are going back with more of our friends and family. Highlight of the day.

We had the Barossan and omg was it good. Best lunch place in Barossa. Can only recommend this place, it is a must while you're here

Booked this 2 weeks ago as visiting from Perth and wasn’t disappointed! We were promptly sat on arrival at our table with amazing views of the vineyards outside the restaurant. Service was excellent from Pete and our lovely waitress but didn’t manage to get her name. We ordered the feed me like a Barossan menu and left with very full bellies. The food and plating we’re both splendid. This was the highlight of my trip to Adelaide. Left my bag pack behind by accident and received a call from Pete almost immediately after to come back for it - thank god he did because I was flying back to perth that same evening. Thank you to the team at Harvest Kitchen for such a wonderful experience! (:

Fantastic experience, the food is really good and the service is outstanding. We had the option which costed $55 per head and it was well worth it, the food is different from your regular run at the mill restaurant food. Would surely come back.

We had a beautiful day, luv this place. Service is excellent, wine is very nice and the food is fabulous, the food with the grilled smoky flavours were so so amazing.

We booked for twelve people for lunch on the same morning and it was one of the best experiences we have had. The catering was spectacular. We had a number of people in the group with varied dietary requirements and the service was on point. We must have been one of the most difficult tables to cater for and it seemed not to phase the chef or the staff in the least. They were extremely professional and accomodating to our needs. Needless to say, the food was exceptional. I would highly recommend Harvest Kitchen to anyone who wants to experience great food, great service and a fantastic atmosphere.
