32We came shopping April 10,2023, with the whole family, relying on online information that the shop is open. How annoying it was to find it actually closed - day wasted for the whole family.
Bought a quilt online. It was advertised as a wool quilt. However when i checked it, it was not so warm. Went to gepps cross to return it and i was refused. If there is an issue in returning quilt and similar items, why not write that in invoice or atleast give a prompt to customer when buying it online.
Very pleasant place to shop at no fuss or bother staff all eager to assist and explain the products we were looking staff member removed a boxed otem from the shelf and opened it up so we could have aproper look at the item before we purchased
Prices are fantastic, customer service is pretty poor. No one asks the customers for help you have to source an employee yourself. Trolleys are far too small for big buys.
Has all the home wears you would want. No problems parking as you can park infrount of the store. I was able to get what I wanted.

Such a lovely lady helped me buy what I found to be an essential item for this "Santa", a simple hand-held battery fan with a water sprayer. It worked so well keeping me cool
O phoned yesterday and asked them to set aside the item I wanted to purchase. I drove there thisorming and it was waiting for my me at the checkout. The lady who served me was friendly and helpful.
Staff mislabelled prices and offered no apology for the mistake at the register but instead she was condescending and dismissive
Store isn't like it used to be very little selection in electronic appliances they used to stock better than what was out but if your after most anything else then they have it
Plenty of home stuff. Not sure when looking at goods what the prices are meant to be, need to spin the goods around to find it.
Went in there the other day, they had plenty of things on sale. But not once did any sales person approach us to see if we needed help.
Its just the same as the other scarfes a little of every thing but not a good range of anything.
The staff I dealt with didn't have a clue about the products, the specials or customer service I will not be going back there tea tree plaza is much better.
They had the Tefal fry pan that I wanted at a really good price. The staff member was very vague though and couldn't help me.

Good store and range of products in the home range ; note no clothing which some may say is a good move. Thoroughly recommend this place.
Male sales assistant was dressed like a grot.honestly so grossed he looked dirty and couldn't even be bothered tucking his shirt in and had zero for interest in being there.off putting!
Gepps cross store is closing, and have 5 day sales on till sunday. I was impressed with with price reductions and quality.
So many products with no prices. Confusing "specials". All pillows 50% off except the first lot I picked. All chopping boards 50% off except the first 1 I picked. It's to confusing and I got sick and tired of having to queue up to ask how much something was because it had no price tag.
Excellent customer service. Specially I appreciate the service delivered by Matt (store manager) when I was returning one item. He thought from customer side. He had plenty of points to refuse exchange! Thank you very much and highly appreciate the service delivered by the team.
