Supportive of the patient's reproductive rights. Helped me with what I needed, rather than make me jump thru unnecessary hoops (unlike another clinic in area). The staff were polite and helpful. The clinic was clean and the garden at the front is well maintained. Tv in waiting area. Parking at rear for patient's too. Thanks for a positive experience.

Love the nurse and receptionist here. Had flu and COVID vaccinations here, very friendly, quick and respectful. Good people.

Have been going here now for about 15yrs maybe more. Dr. Phan and Dr. Aung are always empathetic and compassionate. I've recommended friends over the yrs; much better than clinics with 10 random docs who don't get to know you well enough to assess you correctly

Excellent Surgery. Dr. Aung is a fab Doc. Looks after our whole family. Called me late on Saturday night once with concerns for me after a blood test. True Professional

Lovely medical centre. Dr Aung was empathetic and gentle with my daughter when he drew blood from her. All of the staff members we encountered were caring and friendly.

I'm shocked that this clinic has such a low rating. Reading through the old reviews, it seems they got rid of the doctor that caused the problems.
Well i have some positive things to say because I've only had great experiences in the many times I've visited.
Firstly I love that I can get an appointment very easily, usually on the same day, & not waiting 3 days like at some clinics.
The reception Tram (or Tran maybe?) is so warm & friendly, & has shown she cares.
I see Dr Aung & he is excellent. I've been to multiple GPs sometimes just to get different opinions when its something trivial but he always diagnosed me most accurately & gives the best recommendations for treatment. I'm now confident in going to him exclusively. He comes across as a bit aloof because he is soft spoken & unenthusiastic, but I quickly came to learn that this doesn't mean he doesn't care, thats just his personality. He's a great doctor, he cares & thats what matters. Thank you Dr Aung

Dr. Phan is a reliable and lovely GP, she is always very thorough taking the time to listen and answer any questions that I have about myself and my toddler. I highly recommend Harmonie Medical Clinic.

I see Dr Aung, he's a great Dr. Very thoughtful, thorough and professional. He has looked after my health for over two years now and he's been the best Dr I've seen in my life.
Receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. Great clinic.

I went to Dr Luan Tran after receiving second degree burns on my thigh. He never allowed me to do my own dressings at home and made me come into the clinic each time. He then blamed me that my wound got infected because I changed it at home on one occasion however the swab result came back negative. He put me under so much stress and now I have to go to the Burns unit at the RAH for the next year to two years for scar management because my wound was terribly mismanaged by Dr Tran. I wish I had never gone to see Dr Tran because I'm now left with a scar for life.

Honestly a waste of time.
Dr. Luan Tran is unorganised and unprofessional, has the worst time management there is. He picks up calls during consultations and changes your appointment time without any notice or makes up excuses.

Dr. Aung seems as if he cannot be bothered with his job and talks so quietly as if he's mumbling. Can't tell if he knows what he's talking about as he doesn't seem confident in what he says.

The receptionist don't care to correct you on your appointment time when you tell them what time your appointment is or think your appointment is. They will tell that it's another 15 minutes before your appointment when there's 6 other people before you.

If you value your life never see Dr. Luan Tran. He is rude, obnoxious and will kick you out of the consultation stating he is too busy. I had a suspicious spot on my face which he said should get looked at more closely but never gave me a referral. I went elsewhere and was told it needed to be removed. Screw you Dr. Luan Tran you are a disgrace to your profession.

From my experience, the doctors here don't seem to care about my health. I've been dismissed multiple times and been told that "it's nothing". They don't listen unless I'm really stern and ask them to check the issue out properly. The wait times are terrible, waited a good 1.5 hours one time. The receptionists are not that great. There is a nice one but the older lady and younger vietnamese girl especially could really brush up on their customer service. You're working in the front line after all. Dr Tran also has given me some attitude, he was rushing me as he needed to leave for something that seemed more important than tending to his patient.

Doctor Naing Aung was the worst I have ever seen. My mother and I arrived early and had to wait 40’ while he is doing something else (not seeing any patients at that time). When we met him, I explained to him my mom’s symtoms, he just keep asking me “You don’t know, how do I know? ” I was like “ What? That’s why we are coming to see a doctor to help us find out what is going on with my mom’s health? ”. Such a bad clinic and bad doctor I have ever seen in Australia! I will never come back again!

Dr Luan has attitude issues. He says he needs to go soon and finishes my appointment in 2 minutes not bothering what was my problems. And takes 20 minutes to his ethics people. Rubbish

Arrived at 10am for an appointment at 10: 10 and I've been almost waiting an hour past the schedueled appointment time. Sure, the SOME of the staff may be friendly, however these wait times are make me don't want to come here anymore.

Except dr. Phan, she is so professional and really care about the patient. The othet doctors I do not think they good enough. Beside the waiting time is so ridiculous, even you come early for your appointment time.

An absolute waste of my time going to the doctor, was my first time there and I haven't seen a doctor in years and I'm suicidal and they can't do anything for me but tell me good luck on my own.
I struggle to go to any doctor at all in life and when I do finally chose to go, I don't get the help I deserve!

Dr. Phan is one of the most professional GP doctor I’ve met. She's a great listener, asks the right questions, and is genuinely concerned about her patient’s well-being. The receptionists were friendly. Every time when I was sick. After one visit and the right medication, I was better in no time. I’m very pleased with my choice to have Dr. Phan as my family GP doctor. Thank you!
