My mother and myself were treated so poorly by one of the reception staff that reduced me to tears. I am a healthcare professional myself, I would have never spoken to my patients that way!
Professor Casson is an excellent doctor (I have my utmost respect to him) but I cannot afford to have been treated like this again. For this reason I will look into changing mum's eye specialist.
On the reception desk there is a sign to ask patients to be respectful - it is a two way street!

So glad we changed to someone else. So unprofessional at the front desk and the Dr very rough swabbing the eye etc. Really bad days following every injection so after finally changing can't believe the difference. No comparison, very little discomfort, wish we had changed years ago. Definitely shop around, it can be so much better!

Very racist receptionists. Looked down upon my family and then implied we couldn’t pay the fees even though we could (for no other reason that I can think of). Would not recommend again. 1/5 is too high for this place. Otherwise, the doctors are fine and treatment was good.

Reception staff are really friendly, doctors are litteraly First Class. The team are honest and caring, its hard to find Doctors these days that are of this calabour.

Yes it's a business, but you don't feel like a customer - you feel very well looked after, respected and given attention to.

Parking in the area is a little difficult, but it's not their fault, during less busy times before 11 and after 2 are are somewhat reasonable.

Highly recommend, doctor saved my sight. Receptionists and nursing staff really friendly and helpful
