We eat out regularly at a number of Indian outlets and have our favourites. For those who are seeking takeaway or casual dining Haris Curry House one is definitely up there worth a try. Sauces are not watered like some other restaurants and the flavours are a bang! Definitely worth a try if you are in the hunt for some reasonably priced Indian food.
Very friendly staff. Ordered the butter chicken. I'm unsure if it's because I'm used to other places, but this wasn't authentic butter chicken. Felt like a chicken vindaloo without the spice and wasn't cheap. Garlic nunn was good.
Have had butter chicken many times.
However last week the chicken was off, tasted disgusting it was so bad!
Won't go here again.
The beef in the vindaloo was the toughest dried out meat I’ve ever had, only ate some of the gravy and called Haris, they said it’s how they buy the meat, it comes tough, seriously, as I said, don’t sell it! They couldn’t care less, steer clear, much better Indian around!
Most of the curries and breads were great except for the Malai Kofta. The sauce was nice but the kofta were like tasteless potato fritters, not the way a kofta is supposed to be. Anyway, overall very nice except for that one dish. Happy to give 5 stars but PLEASE fix the kofta, thanks
I ordered malai kofta and naan. It was actually potato kofta with no taste. No spices, no salt. It was sweet. At least don't make fool to people by delivering potato kofta instead of cheese kofta. And portion was very small also. Naan was thin like a papad. Wasted my money.
Delicious food with affordable price. Enough quantity of curries and cheese naan with alot of cheese was very yummy. I didn't regrad to spend money on this delicious food
Food nice, but very small portions, considering it cost $16. Can go elsewhere same price and double the portion.
Excellent food with affordable price and good quantity. The taste of good is amazing. I recently came from Melbourne and found Indian taste in Haris curry house restaurant.
We ordered takeaway on Saturday night. The food was awesome - very fresh and full of flavour. We can't wait to go back!
We love coming here for our family meals. The Naans are the best here soft thin and cooked evenly.
Gurdeep is the best host.
Naans were very hard to chew. They were very thin just like papadum. Their quality has gone down. This has happened 2-3 times with me. They were like worst naan I have ever had.
Tasty curries. Great Naan and raita. Mango lassi was top notch too. We ate in and servings were generous.
Went here tonight and so glad I did! The service was super friendly, nice casual atmosphere. All the food is well priced. Great location, easy parking. The food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place if you like Indian food. 10/10!
They have been really good but last time a friend catered food from this place and it was horrible. I did not expect it from Haris.
Is it terrible that I compare every Indian restaurant to one that I love? I had butter chicken from here and it was nice without being fantastic. Staff are friendly though:)
You must visit this place for the tasty indian curries. I'm a big fan of curries and naans, and I must say my taste buds couldn't let go of the delicious surprise that was delivered with every bite I took. Overstuffed myself with the variety they offered. The service was quick and staff was really professional and friendly. A definite recommendation for eat-ins and take aways. Underpriced pocket-friendly food with impeccable service and immersed in the essence of Indian herbs and spices. Treat yourself at this place and you'd want to go again and again.
HANDS DOWN the best Indian food I have ever tasted. I couldn’t recommend more! Mouth watering. I ordered 3 different vegetarian mains to share with the family and all 3 were beyond amazing! Thank you so much
Very nice first experience. We had Paneer tikka masala, which was cooked perfectly. Will return!
