A very pleasant experience
We selected Jemma to sell our Hindmarsh Island block because she clearly had superior market knowledge about the area. We live in WA so we were relying very much on Jemma’s local expertise. Jemma and her team demonstrated a very high level of professionalism at all times, we were always kept right up to date with progress. For anyone looking to sell a property in the Goolwa area, I would suggest they give Jemma and her team a call.

A stunning location at the mouth of the Murray on Ngarrindjeri Country. The house is beautifully appointed, has everything you need, kitchen perfectly stocked and comfortable beds. Spent days watching the birdlife and their movements and spectacular sunsets in the evening. The hosts were really accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend.

My experience about the discription of accommodation is good and accurate.

Quality appliances and ambience.

My concerns:

1. I attempt to book 2x other properties, one owner kept my booking on hold without confirming or rejecting untill I contacted and later rejected with an explanation "they are expecting longer stay (more than three nights). The other one rejected with an explanation " owner want to use this property, if this is correct, why listed. I am not sure the integrity of the listings.

2. Agents (Harcourt) are not in a position to to confirm or reject the booking.need to confirm with owner.

3. Communication with the agent was predominantly through e-mail.

4. Listed with BBQ but I was not able to locate it.

5. No clock in the house.

Could have been more helpful. They aren’t interested as they are selling properties fast, abrupt reception helpful only when pushed.

We loved our stay here! Great space for the kids to hang out downstairs, whilst adults had some kid-free time upstairs. Very clean, well presented, and a full kitchen of all sorts of items we would ever desire.even egg cups!
The gardens were lovely and the space for the dogs was excellent. The communication from Harcourts was of the highest quality and their service went above and beyond.
What an awesome getaway!
