Worst car wash we have ever used. $20.50 for ultimate and the car is still filthy, got bubbles all over it and wet. Even though the dryer passed over us. Not good enough OTR. About time you serviced your car wash.
For $10.50 (the cheapest option - firm wash, no drying), i have nothing to complain about.you just sit in your car and enjoy the machine brushes doing all the hard work for you.
Cheap! And it washes my wheels! Coloured lights are a bit much though
Happy wash signage is terrible, if you're on the exit side you have no idea it's the exit until it's too late and you have to reverse out. Not obvious at all that you need to drive to the other side (through the fuel pump area) to the entrance.
My friend got stuck in the car wash and no one came out after the alarm going off for 10 minutes til she went out from the back door. The response she received from the day manager on 21 Dec was quite disappointing - they were doing nothing but blaming everything on the customer soon as it happened. Also there was no way to talk to the customer service directly? We just want a reasonable explanation of the case and it was never possible.: (
