If you have the OTR App this will be the best money value you will find in the city. Unfortunately, the barcode reader is so difficult (sometimes impossible) to use and a couple of pressure guns have no pressure as they should.

Not really Happy Wash this time. As a first time customer trying to use Happy Wash self service I cannot be more disappointed with the non existing customer service. Personnel obviously knew about the problems with trying to get OTR app working in harmony with what they advertised, 50% more time with scanning the app. I tried to do so about 5 times, asked a customer in the next bay some guidance who also was having trouble and finally went to the counter since it didn’t work. I was told they scanned my barcode and I am good to go. No one wanted to come outside and help me figure it out. Well, it didn’t work. After paying for 2 sets the car was still dirty and I realised the app didn’t work after all. I was told: “ The App is not our responsibility. Since we don’t have any proof of the time you spent there, nothing we can do about it. I can contact IT but that’s not going to give you extra time. ” In the future for other customers sake, please improve your customer service skills. It is not hard and goes long way.

Can't even use coins have to pay with card which means a minimum of $5.it was trashed and dirty and didn't look well maintained at all.my car would have come out dirty than when I arrived there.

Really need a waiting time sign for those rude people who wants to pop in and get into the bay straight away, and shout you out because they can’t wait.
Blower doesn’t work at all, really annoying

Even though the brush does fark all cleaning dry dust from your cars body, lol!
Manual labour, always prevails.
And most of all, it is FREE, lol.

Manual wash, vacuum weak and air chamois had no pressure. All the other wash functions seemed to work OK.

Love this car wash. We take all our ambulances here and the staff are friendly and the amenities are clean.

Can't beat OTR for it's ability to provide everything one needs when visiting a service station. Well established and managed business.

2 stars just because stations has payment terminal! Guns worked badly especially for foam and conditioner!

YES I BROUGHT A VOUCHER THROUGHT THE CAR WASH. THE MOST EXPENSIVE VOUCHER $20.00. IT WAS A BRILLANT EXPERIENCE. IT WAS BETTER WASHING THE CAR BY HAND. GREAT RESULT WITHOUT GETTING OUT THE CAR.

Did wash my car last year was traveling Brisbane to perth. Now wash it again after a year traveling Perth to brisbane.good post.

Yep when they work they are super convenient. If your not happy with the result. They will offer you another or a refund.

The blower dryer is useless my cat could sneeze harder.give this dog wash a miss during colder months

Vacuum cleaner was terrible in 2 bays, very little suction. Waste of time really.
