I ordered a birthday cake for my mum, but I have no idea about it. The staff is very patient to answer all my questions and gave me some ideas. At the end it looks great and the cake is very soft and fluffy. We really love it. Will come back next time!

Really appreciated for the amazing customer service provided. We really enjoyed the watermelon cake and had a wonderful birthday night with the cake. Will definitely be back for the excellent customer service and delicious watermelon cakes.

I bought a "last-minute" birthday cake on the day I needed. Although the shop was closed on Monday but the staff was very helpful that he prepared a cake for me to pick up from the shop while they worked on their order. Only watermelon cake was available at that time, but it didn't let me down. Everyone loves it as it was light and refreshing. The watermelon, fresh cream and rose scent were beautifully matching.

Seems like I’m not the only one had bad customer service experience here. When you have spare time, train your staff rather than made up excuses and reply to those reviews.we already had enough from you and your shop.

My wife and I went in to the shop and bought 20 small pieces of cakes for her birthday about one year ago. Which 20 pieces can be put together as a whole one and put into a big box.

Some of the cakes were for our regular customers so we asked if we can have few of the small boxes. The girls there said the small boxes are $5 dollars each! I was thinking is the box made out of gold or diamond? Then I asked for their boss to see what he will say. The boss's boyfriend came out says the boxes are $2 each. So they were just lying in front of us, which is so very discussing.

So I asked them if I want every one of those cakes into separate boxes at the first place should they do it for free. They had no thing to say. And then I asked them "could you put them into separate boxes for me please? ". Guess what they said? They said I have to at least pay $1.5 dollars each for the stupid boxes and that made me furious.

So I said "I don't want to buy your stupid cakes any more for the rest of my life. Would you please give me my money back" Glad they did give me the money back or I swear I would smash their counter.

So as I said, I did not buy any thing from them for more than one year now. Yes, I have altitude! Only if I can give zero or negative stars that would be better.

Ordered a crepe cake for my partners birthday, everyone loved it. Was very light and not too sweet. Recommend.

Ordered a $75 8 inch cake from this place, cake tastes ok. Called on the day of pick up to double check the cake come with the topper - happy birthday dad. Picked up on a 40 degree day, drove 20 minutes home and found out there is no topper at all! Called shop, with no apologies, the girl asked me to go back the shop and pick up the topper, which i did, round 40 minutes trip and the girl gave me a dark chocolate topper with white chocolate writing, again, no apologies, which was ok.the only problem was that the chocolate topper was melted on a 40 degree day and 20 minutes trip home! I am really disappointed with service provided reconsidering the price I paid for an 8 inch cake!

Unfriendly staff, looks like their staff not welcome us to purchase anything. The attitude of their employees is like I owe her a million dollars.we asked one question about the cake, but the "old woman" rudely replied.

My friends and I discovered this wonderful cake shop in Wright street city. They make the best cakes ever and use the finest ingredients. My favourite is their watermelon.cake. I love the service and the staff for their politeness. Cheers Hans Patisserie.

Cakes are really delicious and the staffs are friendly. Strawberry and watermelon mille crepe tastes very refreshing, and the green tea one was very flavourful. A really great place for a dessert fix in Adelaide.
