Massive thank you to Tony and Jacqueline for their excellent product knowledge and commitment to customer service. We purchased some ArtiTeq Info rails to display the kids artwork at home as there was nothing else like it on the market. They were always responsive and insightful on the possible mounting and usage of their ArtiTeq hanging systems, whereas many other retailers simple had no clue about the details. They actually had stock on hand, were reasonably priced and happy to facilitate collection of our order from interstate at short notice. The Info rails were easy to mount and even easier for the kids themselves to use when changing over artwork, it has really transformed a dull corner into a wall I really enjoy looking at.

Thanks to Jacqueline and the team, we're really pleased with the result and we'll be back soon to organise some more Artiteq picture hanging rail to finish the rest of the house!

The service is impeccable with an immediate response time and effortless endeavour to get the order out within the hour of me asking. The turnaround time for delivery to Melbourne is also amazing, several times we have needed "next day delivery" which is a massive/impossible ask from an interstate business and they have arrived each time within 1-2 days! I meant to write this months ago. Jacqueline and her team at Hang Logic are great, and the Arti Teq picture hanging system products have made my life a lot easier. At least twice a year my wife likes to change 'the hang' of our paintings and framed prints from room to room. No more drilling holes, fitting plastic plugs and hangers, then having to remove and repair, and repaint them when the next 'hang' is required.

Get the Twister perlon cables, and the Micro Grip connectors. You can't go wrong with them. If you have some practical skills you can install the wall rails yourself, or engage Hang Logic to do it for you if you prefer.

We bought four sets of Artiteq hanging rails and accessories from Hang Logic online. We chose Hang Logic because their website provided an easy to follow clear process for selecting the combination of components we wanted, and delivery costs were at cost and not elevated. We ordered from Canberra and received everything within three days.

We're so happy with our Artiteq hanging system. It was easy to install ourselves. I was a little worried as our brick/plaster walls are far from perfectly straight and the ceiling undulates too. However the rail is flexible enough to follow the general contour, and a thin bead of no more gaps hides any issues. Thank you Jacqueline.
