On meeting Valerie she set me at ease immediately with her warmth and caring approach to breaking the ice.
Her gentle method of in-depth questioning to draw out the issues was effective in determining the way forward in a non threatening non judgemental way.
Once she started working with me it was within a methodical goal oriented framework where she demonstrated a great depth of theoretical knowledge and the ability to apply it in a caring and empathetic manner.
Highly recommended.
