Haighs is always a winner for gifts and wrapped beautifully also. The staff were lovely too boot.

Great selection of chocolates. Was there at Easter time so brought home a chocolate bilby- quite the novelty in Canada!

Went to both stores in Adelaide City. Was not ignored both times and not offered samples. Needless to say I walked out and bought nothing

It was good I especially liked the staff and this young woman I couldn't get her name but she made sure I had the best experience I could have.

Haigh's dark honeycomb block is my favourite: it is less sweet compared to other brands and is full of nougat bits and nuts. The service by a young lady at this outlet was really nice and friendly. Unfortunately, Haigh's chocolates are not available in Perth. Please consider setting up shop in Perth.

Disgusting practices here. I have frequented the Adelaide store often and have been appalled way too many times now by their treatment of customers who do not wear masks due to a medical exemption. The most recent time was today! A lady was told she wouldn’t be served without her mask…. She went to pull out her medical exemption to show them and staff were so disgustingly rude and still wouldn’t serve her. Told her her exemption “ doesn’t matter”. Disgusting - Haighs do not even have any legal right to see or ask for an exemption. Out and out discrimination. Won’t be returning

Way too sweet. If you don’t place any showing card next to the unwrapped boxed items and not placing the ‘do not open‘ sign next to every single one of them, how u expect your customer not gonna open the box to check the card when they have intention to purchase? Hey, why not shouting at like they trying to steal things in front of all other customer. What a great idea.

Was told that Haigh’s chocolates was one of the best chocolates you can get, they weren’t wrong. The whole experience from when I first walked in the shop was excellent, staff were really nice and helpful and had lots of free samples to choose from. Chocolate was just as good as the service definitely the rocky road.

Can’t wait to go back.

Seriousluly, the only word is mmmmmmm.ok this isn't a word so I'll go for "luscious". Chocolate that is soooo delicious and how wonderful it's an Adelaide family making it right here in Adelaide. Aren't we so fortunate.

I absolutely love Haighs Chocolate. They sell the most amazing fudge and creamy chocolate here. They also have gift boxes and a great range of different chocolate and fudge flavors. Great for a special occasion or treat.

Highly recommended place to visit! They have lots of chocolates using SA products. I got 2020 Christmas editions one.

The staff is friendly. I love the idea of having a small shop like this in another location like this. I am not the fan of the price all the times, but definitely their mint chocolate and customer service are lovely and at high standards with asking of do you want to try this, which is great.

What a great experience, we stopped by to have quick look and one of the staff was kind enough to explain us the history of the company. Anne was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work, which totally made a difference. Will be back for more!

Visited just before Christmas to buy my mum some chocolate and for the quality of chocolate produced the price is fitting. Nice little establishment with a cool slightly antique feeling.

This is almost the best chocolate in the world (fresh cream Belgium truffles from Harrods have the slightest edge). The peppermint frogs are my favourite thing, dark or milk. This is where I buy gifts for the special people in my life who already have lots of stuff but enjoy just the feeling of luxury and decadence that comes with savouring this lovely chocolate.

Best Chocolate in Australia. I love this place. And always offered a test of something from their range, just adds to the delight.

Unlike other choco stores, this store is not pricey. I found them very affordable. The chocolates they sell are outstanding. I didn’t find such chocolates anywhere else to date. They believe in making the best chocolates. I always feel very happy to visit this store as they have a great ambience and the staff is also very friendly. I happily recommend this choco store to you all.

My only big issue with the brand is that they don't have any sugar free options. That's a deal breaker
