Hahndorf Motel

An excellent place to stay if your looking to explore Hahndorf and the surrounding region with the Adelaide Hills, the rooms are very nice which includes a spa bath and has free car parking onsite, the staff are very helpful, I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough.

Never saw the owner one if those places that just want the money I guess. Needs some TLC. Great position though. Right on the main street.

Excellent place to stay as a base for exploring Harndorf. And you can walk home from the pub! Comfortable bed. Clean excellent facilities. Quiet

Staff are great, area has history and the room was good value, clean and had all that was needed.

Good size rooms, comfortable beds and great hostess. Took along time for hot water to come through in the shower but other than that a great place to stay, we stayed four nights and enjoyed ourselves. Easy drive to Adelaide and surrounds, we even drove around Yorke Peninsula and back for a day trip during our stay.

Highly recommended. Huge Loft Room; great facilities. Enjoyed the spa, balcony, creek.excellent location. Friendly staff, will be back for sure!

Well located, comfortable and great value in the centre of Hahndorf. Huge room with everything you need- rooms had character with wooden beams across the roof. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We were upgraded free of charge before we even arrived. Whoever was contacting us, perhaps the owner or lovely staff was very cheerful and friendly.

We arrived and it turns out we didn't have a room we had an entire apartment. It blew us away.

Conveniently located, clean and well equipped. The beautiful German them town is so stunning, all right in the middle of this motel

Spacious loft room overlooking garden area and school grounds with a playground park next door. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and main street.

My family made this Lodge by the heated indoor pool and 1.5 x 1.5 metre bubbling spa and small Sauna, (5 people), our Relaxation place away from Adelaide for years.
But in the more recent years the Haus has added rooms, who’s Reception is on the Main Street.
These rooms also have a Spa.
Some of them are up a flight of stairs.
The Hahndorf Motor Lodge (formerly Hahndorf Inn) is the Lodge I am recommending.
If you prefer Rustic V shaped Timber beamed Ceilings, with large glass window (to the floor) and a Slide door, with luscious green plant Life to look at, and a very big Spa, where you literally open your Wood Door up, walk a few steps, and there the Heated pool Spa and Sauna are laid out for your relaxation.
The Drive Way to this Lodge is about 20-25 metres in, where Reception (used to be - am not sure now 2021), and Parking.

I found it more challenging when Booking to ensure I got the Room and Location I most wanted. Because the new additions all have different Names.

Thinking of those who are a bit older and who may like All at their finger Tips without stairs, nor Ambience, the H. Inn Lodge is The Best option.

Lovely, spacious, clean and rustic. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Ancestral position neat and relaxed accommodation if you want to walk the main street daily this the place to stay there's plenty of food places to go to

Extremely well set out room. Very clean and spacious. In the middle of the Main Rd so easily accessible. Creek runs behind the back rooms and it's a lovely relaxing sound. Enclosed fire in the room. We were in "The Loft", I believe the rooms are different.

Nice accommodation. Clean. Good view of a creek with ducklings. Enjoyed being in the centre of town.

Do not understand the rating of this place, bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept, the building is so outdated, sound proofing between rooms is nil
Pricing checked next day and price was $20 night cheaper
