Worst customer service I have ever received or lack of. Order a lounge back in early September to be told it would arrive in approx two weeks. The date of arrive come and went so I rang to see when deliver would be only to be told they haven’t started to even make the lounge and it would be another 6 weeks. Fast forward another 6 weeks rang again and they said they where waiting for it to arrive and it would be another 2 weeks.it didn’t arrive again and it would be delivered on the 21st of December. Rang again today to be told it’s waiting in a warehouse somewhere in australia and if I don’t hear from them in the new year the would offer be a full refund.

The team at Haggle Co were extremely friendly and patient. They took time to get to know what style of furniture we wanted and gave us an amazing deal. Delivery was on time and the furniture was very good quality especially for the price. I would definitely recommend checking out this place, I personally found it very good value for money.

Annoying salesman. When you want try the matress by yourself he would watch you and says:looks you like this one,and when you are still asking the product discount and delivery situation and not ready to pay for it. That man force you by asking:so firm matress which is blabla with typing on the computer. What a terrible experience!By watching and direct to lay down on beds in a shop and be watched your back and bottom by saying:this one suits your back well…my goodness,lucky i am not wearing the dress…just leave me alone…

About two weeks ago, I ordered a carpet, and I went to pick up my order on Saturday. After paying in full, I noticed that the edges of the carpet were torn. I asked them to investigate the problem and replace it if possible, but unfortunately they were not willing to replace it or return the money, and I was met with a very rude attitude from the management, who said that in case of canceling the order, I have to pay a fee for canceling the order. In the event that I noticed the carpet was torn before taking the order out of the store, I politely asked the management to replace my order with a flawless sample. I am very dissatisfied with the attitude of the staff and the quality of the work, that's why I recommend that you buy from a reputable store if possible, or open the carpet before buying and be sure of the quality of the work.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I purchased a modular lounge last year, the purchase price was $1300 which was what I could afford at the time. Over the past year, there has been 2 major manufacturing faults. 1. There are currently about 4 springs broken 2. The arm rest which goes down has 2 cup holders that fall out every time I open it, which has happened ever since I bought the lounge. Australian consumer law states that all furniture sold in Australia is covered by a twelve-month manufacturer’s warranty. Any issues that may arise during this time frame that are caused by a manufacturing fault are able to be repaired or replaced under these terms.
I contacted Haggle Co to claim under Warranty, so they sent an assessor to have a look at the lounge, when the assessor came to look at the lounge he said in his own words 'you get what you paid for! ' After his visit I received a letter from Haggle Co stating that to have the lounge properly assessed I would need to have it professionally cleaned before I have another proper assessment which I did. It was $165 to have professionally cleaned. The 2nd assessment was done after that and the same assessor said that there were no broken springs and that it was just the seat cushions. When we sit on the lounge, you can actually feel the springs digging into you. I then received another letter from Haggle Co trying to blame the wear and tear of the couch on my cat which weighs about 2 kg and they can not do anything about it. I am so disappointed with the customer service I received and the quality of the lounge. I thought I was doing the right thing by supporting a local business and feel as though they do not care at all about their customers or the products they are selling. I would not recommend this business and will never purchase anything from them ever again!

Refuse to shop here and support management that do not honour their commitments when it comes to paying due entitlements to their staff. Let go just before 7 years prorata and more than one staff.

Haggle co Woodville, they did not include their terms and condition of cancellation and charged me $75 out of $100 deposit for cancellation! Stelios E the sale rep told me that even Woolworth charges cancellation fees for chees! He was sooooo unreasonable and childish with his justifications!

They have a pretty decent range of items, I can dare say they're better than the stores at Mile End primarily because their pricing is dirt cheap. One of the biggest negatives now, in mid 2021, is how old and useless some of the staff are. The managers are amazing but god the staff are so clueless. I also don't agree with a $75 admin fee on returns. I'd only pay that if I open the box up, not to return it.
