Reception staff are unfailingly patient and helpful. Dr Talat is always good at listening and supportive of all aspects of my health

This place is horrible they pick and choose what appointments you make when you generally need help they just like nope we decline the day before this place is a joke and will not recommend this doctors surgery

The staff are pleasant and the doctors very nice. My visits have been super easy and stress free. Great medical centre where you can make an appointment, would recommend!

I’ve been attending this clinic for years now. Always have found the reception staff to be friendly and the Doctors thorough and knowledgeable. Always easy to get an appointment at this clinic too, often same day. They’re always busy there so I don’t mind waiting.

I have been going to Hackham Medical Centre for many years. For a while (probably due to COVID) it seemed to lose its appeal and it became unpleasant to attend. This appears to have resolved as I cannot fault my treatment today.

Professional and caring. We have been patients since the practice first opened. We moved interstate and back and were lucky to return to our favourite GP Blaceline (she is awesome). Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've been going to this clinic for nearly 10 years and I find the staff more than happy to help with any issues and very friendly.

Plus my doc is the best

Dr arrived to the clinic 15 minutes after my appointment was booked with one patient waiting in line front of me. No point booking an appointment time when the Dr arrives late to work, not the first time either.

I have never had an issue with this surgery. Staff behind the counter are always friendly and eager to help. My doctor is very thorough and i wouldn't go anywhere else. It is difficult times we are in but i appreciate the care they give me.

I have visited nearly every doctor in this practice. They almost always run late and then rush through appointments. Examinations are brief, even after asking some doctors to slow down and be more thorough. Their dismissal of my health concerns is absolute negligence.

Time to find a new Doctor. Half filled my prescriptions, and didn't even have repeats on my normal inhaler. They just want you to make more appointments now they don't bulk bill. I'm moving on.

When attending this clinic, I never lack for the care and attention afforded to me by the staff here.

Usually pretty easy to get an appointment. Doctors are on time & friendly.

Money grubbing, apparently a medical assessment isn't covered by Medicare and the first I hear about it is when I'm about to leave and they try and slug me for $110 for the consult. Followed with "oh if you had anything else done I can put it through Medicare", well if anyone had have mentioned this prior to the visit, in the visit, or written anywhere on the government website or on the form then I could have just renewed a script. But NO they wait until the last minute and try to take advantage of people. You should be ashamed of yourself. If there are things that need to be paid for that aren't covered by Medicare then it could be a link or list on the website before booking. It's pathetic that you try to take advantage of people in this fashion!

Had an appointment with Dr Jagtaran, was swapped due to Dr Alam being away. I desperately needed some help and he said I need to see a different doctor there because he can't help me because I am over 50! Seriously? !

Today the beautiful reception staff reminded me why we keep coming back. Unfortunately the doctors seem to have 12 minute consults and can feel you need to rush for them to get through. Be sure to book a long consult for anything you feel you need to discuss at length. The wait for appointments can be long at times. Lastly, the location is not the most pleasant. Overall we get the basics at this clinic with the exceptional reception staff.

I have been going there for about 6 years to get my medicine i have been on for 15 years and my doctor left and they would'nt give me my script or even give me another appt with another doctor and basically told me to get lost and don't come back. The only time treated worse was in jail. Dr. Majid terrible.and reception.
