Went in on a Tuesday to get a sick note for work because I had been throwing up since the Friday before, walked in to see the Dr and she didn't even ask what was wrong with me gave me a sick note for that day (didn't back date it to Monday) and sent me off. Still throwing up the next day (Wednesday) I booked another appointment with Dr. Edwin Lapidario, I went in and instead of asking what was wrong with me just mentioned I already had a sick note from the day before so I had to argue with him and he just gave me another sick note for work. These easily have to be the most useless doctors I've seen in my life, didn't have any suggestions for what I could do to get better or what was wrong
