The receptionist was completely rude, turning me away before I could even have a chance to explain my situation. Yes I understand that the doctor is at full capacity but my sister had an appointment a few months ago and it is a unique situation that pertains to my health. On the website it states “we are at full capacity but our friendly staff will answer any questions” so I went in hoping to gain some answers but this was not my experience, she made me feel like a nuisance, shaking her head and acting very upset with my questions, very disappointed especially in the health sector

Our family has been clients of this practice for more than 6+ years now. Really good service, this family-run practice is run by the most amazing team. The doctors, especially Dr. Juliana, are very empathetic and knowledgeable.

Horrible service, been waiting for an hour to get a blood test The slowest staff I've ever seen, very disrespectful to the clients.

Dr Olivia Chen is the best Dr that I have encounterd. She goes above and beyond to give her patients the best treatment they can get. I honestly can't reccomend her enough for what she has done for me, my husband and our baby. Each one recieving the best treatment possible on our visits. She alway greets with a smile, listens with patience and learns about each of our personal medical circumstances with an understanding and willing to help and not leaving me hanging between different Drs as I have experienced from other Drs in the past when they send you off but never wait to see and check up on the results. With Dr Olivia Chen I feel that I am in good care and she gives me the assurance that I will not be left stranded on my own with my medical condition.

Fantastic family of GPS that understand and help answer your medical questions. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this medical practice.

Doctors are caring and take their time to understand your problems. However i do understand that at times they can be rushed and cannot answer so many complaints and issues in just one siting for a single bulk billed medicare rebate of $37. I don't know how such a practice can survive in these climate.

Dr Juianna is an amazing and caring Dr, she's so wonderful. Unfortunately it's hard to get an appointment with her as she's usually booked up weeks in advance. I've had to try to find another practise to look after me because her brothers just aren't like her, they lack bed side manner and I feel like a number that they want in and out as quick as possible. There's a noticable difference in Juliannas care when compared to Roland and Richard. It's not horrible but it's certainly not the same. I like the ladies on the desk. They've always been good to me.

Honestly the best surgery I’ve been to. They’re amazing with children and it feels like walking into a family safe and loving environment. Best service, great doctors and amazing nurses.

Upon reading so many negative reviews, it really makes me wonder on what grounds did they come to such conclusions, though it is more likely for one to share a bad experience rather than a good one hence the skewed results. For some one who has been seeing these doctors for over a decade, I can say that I have always been treated with care and respect by each and every one of them.

This place is terrible. Go there if you need a sick certificate and dont want to pay. The Doctor sucks. Not caring about anything and just trying to get you in and out of there as soon as possible, and being unable to write certain prescriptions (probably due to writing out too many dodgy ones).

Dr Roland Ling is the worst Doctor i have seen in my entire life.

The reception people are so bad. They published they closed at 5: 00pm and I went there at 4: 20pm. The reception person said there is no doctors here today and come tomorrow. I asked if I can make a booking, the answer is no, because she has shutted the computer down and she finished today. It's only 4: 20, why you said you closed at 5: 00. I requested to turn the computer on but been refused. Just because she don't want to, she said it will take a while and she finished already. Then kicked us out and locked the door.

Great place for sick certificates, because no one ever goes here. Straight in. 2mins. Out.
If you need treatment go see a real doctor. Salisbury clinic (bulk billed) or florey healthcare in inglefarm ($) are great.

I feel the Same way as Mitch. Roland is hopeless. Doesn't look you in the eye. Doesn't seem concerned about your problems. He's so quick in and out in 2 minutes but most time your still waiting more than half an hour to see him. Was seeing him for years and he didn't pick up on my problem.he thought he new it all obviously not! And the rest aren't much better including the receptionists.sometimes rude and often unfriendly!

This place is such a disgrace, I've known them as they become so call doctors threw there father nice guy but Richard there son blackmail a lot patients he thinks he's 5 steps ahead of everyone and they lucky if he give them he's proper attention and a lot people come threw the doors are scum when I told him that I should tell the medical board he laughed and said who would believe you your just like them I have friends in high places I can burn your

Dr Julianna Ling has been my doctor for about 15 yrs now, she is excellent. Both my girls have always seen her and my partner changed to her aswell (he has major spine defects) and she has been great with them all. The receptionist are always nice and polite and really accommodating to my 3yr old who is out of control. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr Roland Ling is great. The ladies at the Front desk are nice. It's a normal surgery, clean and bright and enough parking. Thanks for looking after me.
