Green Steam Car Wash

Rude, dismissive, quoted $75 over the phone and when I drove out there said it was $350 (which is the detailing quote) when I said I just wanted a clean and when I said that’s more than I expected just walked off? A clean on their sign says $75. So rude.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I got my car vacuumed and cleaned and there were spider webs left on 2 places in the car. One in the front under the number plate and second on the side view mirror. Charged me extra for some grass on the mats. Worst of all was the windshield it has so many spots on it.

Highly disappointed.

Did a good job missed a few spots bit pricey said dog hair on back seat never had a dog in car ever it was fluf off my my jacket it picks hair and stuff seemed it was the excuse to charge more $120 the place on Churchill rd does same for $80 but again place at unley charged $120 green steam did far better job

I can’t give them anything more than 1 star as they won’t answer the questions phone. Answer your phone and give me a chance to review your work.

After going to this car wash for 2 years and taking all three of the family vehicles there, I would no longer recommend them. A new worker there tried to charge me $400 for a simple vacuum and exterior wash (no detailing) because my son has a guide dog for his disability and there was pet hair on the back seat. I’ve since taken it elsewhere and they have cleaned it, pet hair and all with polite customer service all for $140 and they did a brilliant job.

This place was great, I loved the people that worked there my car came back really clean as i bought it that day, the manger is really nice too

Used in the past and were very happy with service. Now, will never use again. Avoid at all costs. Booked in car for interior and exterior clean. Quoted $75 over the phone, only to drive all the way there and be told it would be $400 due to a small amount of sand in the car.

Bought voucher and booked appointment through groupon but it was closed when I arrived. Called two days later and was told to go back any time. Confirmed the booking again over the phone.

When arrived, owner did not honor what was agreed earlier. Got shouted at because there was no booking record and the owner did not accept the voucher.

They used to be good but I guess there was change of management. Terrible customer service! Unprofessional! I definitely do not recommend anyone here.

Great place, My car looked new when they finshed with it. I will come back to this place again, the people there where really nice. It has to be the best war wash in AUS, good job guys keep it up.

I'm 3 years with this service and I'm still satisfy. Great service, reasonable price and very friendly:). And now they have a massage chair in the waiting area

Took my very dirty old VY Commodore into here to clean. Was absolutely amazed at the result.
These guys did a great job getting it looking, and smelling, better than it has in years. Seriously thinking of making this a ongoing thing.

Used Groupon discount. Yes there was a stuff up with the coupon not registering the booking but they apologised and honoured it. Car needed a good interior clean and they did an amazing job inside and out. Definitely coming back and getting a detailed clean every now and again. Nice little waiting room and friendly staff.

Excellent service in total. I took diamond package from Groupon discount. Internal and external clean. 2~3 guys cleaned, vacuum steamed for good amount of time with great care. Also they use steam instead of water which saves water.
