Attended for a friend's Christening. It is a really beautiful place inside, not at all what I expected

SHAME ABOUT THE FIRE.

I recently returned past this church re a wedding reception next door. The exterior renovations are finally complete & blue lighting lit up the white church towers. I must say, the result is excellent & possibly the most beautiful Greek church in all of Adelaide. Kudos to the people involved.

This is a nice church with a nice ambience, I've been here several times re a wedding or funeral. The youthful looking priest was pleasant enough, I love the service in Greek, but not in English because it's obvious English is a second language not spoken, or sung, as well as one would like. I made a small enquiry & complaint to the priest during lunch as to why the bread given at the end of the service is never fresh. He appeared offended & assured me it was baked fresh the day before. I know it's only a small matter & may appear petty, but I would not have thought it was that hard or difficult to achieve. Perhaps baked early that morning by the generous volunteers. Nonetheless, as a rule I enjoy coming to this church & what it offers, bar the bread, lol. Cheers.

A beautiful church, a credit to the parish priest, a great community to belong to.

Attended my grandson's baptism although I am not religious the church is magnificent well worth a visit

I went early as my widowed husband told me for communion was not offered to I. Maby it was earlier on that day. Quite dissapointed really. A nice man handed me a book on Orthodox Christianty in English I passed it on too Gravely ill only Son Christopher Con Koumi! I am his mother Ms Caron (Anna) Rowley. I will attend for Greek Xmas Service. The phone no on websites are not availaible?
