Absolutely stunning beach. Had a beautiful swim in the waves, and a read on the sand. There was a lifeguard patrol there while I was swimming. The waves were big for swimming in and a lot of rips but it was so lovely. The water was very mild and almost warm. (Early Feb).

Windy as, little break if your fishing would be nice.
For its purpose, its
100% functionl

Public beach with easy access, showers, and bathrooms nearby. The beach is very clean and very nice to hang under the jetty for a nice shade or enjoy swimming in the shallow beach. I wouldn't go deep.it can have sharks and be careful with floating toys, and the wind is often strong and it can blow away. The beach has a nice vibe, and it is never empty but never too busy. There is a café and a hotel nearby if you want something to eat or drink.

A quieter beach. Great place to take a picnic blanket and relax. Plenty of parking and grassed park / play areas as well. Bring dogs on leash.

Love the location and the beach. It can get difficult to get a parking spot at times, but that does not stop me from going.

It's clean and quieter than the other beaches. High tide has little to no sand visible

Scenic and serene. You can get far enough away from the coast to enjoy the sounds of the water.

Long jetty, great for fishing and throwing out a crab net.
The day we were there we observed a dolphin swimming around including under the jetty. A couple of minutes later we watched the dolphin chase and catch a fish.

Built & Opened in the late 1870's this jetty is 1000
feet long and made from Jarrah. It's a popular destination for Fishers, Anglers & Sightseers,
& gets busier than usual around sunset.

Jetty was brightly lit at night and was a great place to catch sand and blue swimmer crabs. Great sandy beaches and a cafe serving tasty food just nearby, highly recommended for their beer battered fish

Let's face it it's just a jetty, although it was in good condition and it's always nice to go for a walk on the jetty and look into the water and back at the land, at least there is beach there not like West beach which they seem to continually stuff up!

First time for me here just had a look to see if they are getting any Blue Swimmer crabs, none caught.

Love coming here with the grandees and hot chips.
Its a lovely, iconic place to go for a walk and watch the fishermen.
