They came and picked up our moving materials less than 2 days after I called to let them know we had finished unpacking, very helpful!

Today could have been a very stressful day but thanks to the very professional team from Grace Removals there was no stress at all. I was particularly impressed by the expertise shown wrapping our furniture for the long journey from SA to Qld and preparing it all for long term storage.

No worries with Grace. Moved from Adelaide to Brisbane in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic. From intial contact with Michelle in Adelaide to delivery by Chris in City of Logan all was good and no problems encountered with very valuable personal items and one was quite heavy. Could not have happened without the help of Grace. AoK

Was advised by their Adelaide representative that their removalist would not enter our home if my partner was on quarantine. We asked their staff if we organize someone to be at the house if they would be happy with that. We were reassured by their representatives that this would be fine and they would still fulfill their service which was to unwrap everything and set up the bed they had dismantled and wrapped. Low and behold, when my partner arrived in Brisbane from her 22 hour drive their removalists and just dumped everything in the garage and left her for broke. When confronting the company they had the audacity to blame us and say someone should have been there despite being reassured by the person who attended our house and multiple representatives on the phone that everything would be fine and they would carry out the service if we had someone to open the house. My partner is now stuck sleeping on the floor of our new house for two weeks as she is unable to move the mattress and bed up to the second story. Choose anyone but this disrespectful, toxic company who didn’t show any ounce of remorse and were disgustingly disrespectful to both of us.

The sales team were very helpful.
The goods traveled from Adelaide to Brisbane.
All of the furniture was completely wrapped and nil breakages on finer items.
The staff delivering the goods were very careful unloading and polite and obliging.
I thoroughly recommend them and would use again

My experience with Grace has come with many issues:

1- A pride and joy surf board was not wrapped accordingly to the quote that was given.
2- When quote was given we were not advised that second hand boxes would be used for our tv's to be packed in.
Now after 3 weeks they want one of the boxes returned as they are now saying it does not belong to us when we have actually paid for it through Grace.
Why would the removalist use it in the first place.
3- We also had to make contact with the manager in Adelaide regarding some issues, but also had to make a delivery date with him.
We believe that this should of been organised on first contact, when our stuff was organised for pick up.
4- Communication lacked alot.

Good points with Grace

1- Great communication with Paul Collier the manager in Adelaide.
2- Removalists who delivered our belongings at the other end were excellent.

Would I recommend Grace to friends.
No I would not.
This has been a very stressful experience, that I would not want others to go through.

Everything also seemed to be passed from one person to another.
We always seemed to be contacting the manager in Adelaide.
Which I feel that others could of delt with.

Communication is appalling. I had several questions/queries with my recent move into storage but never got a reply from the original consultant in charge of my case. Had sent several emails with no reply and also tried contacting her via mobile with no answer and no callbacks despite leaving voicemails. I managed to find someone else within the team to help me and was told that the original person is "busy" which I find a disappointing excuse. I was also told that I would be contacted 24 hours ahead with the time that the removalist would come but this did not happen and so I was unable to plan my day. I had to call up on the day of the move to find out the timing myself. Overall I've had a very frustrating experience with this company which only added onto the stress of my move.

Details taken care of straight away. Packing was excellent.

We had our furniture packed and stored while we travelled the the country, then shipped interstate once we relocated. The crew who packed and loaded the furniture were terrific. The relocation staff made the job of having our furniture shipped easy and were courteous and efficient. Then the crew who unloaded on a very hot day did a great job.

Our experience with Grace was very positive from start to finish.the People at both ends of the move were extremely helpful and we received regular phone calls and updates every step of the move, very reassuring. Would highly recommend Grace for a small or a big move.

Paul Collier (Adelaide) Was professional and gave a competitive quote and helped out with organising uplift to suit our arrival from interstate. Pickup crew were friendly and professional. Michelle followed through to ensure we knew where our consignment was. Perth depot kept us informed and Cameron and froggy delivered our consignment and also friendly and professional. Great crew all round and would recommend Grace.

Our experience with Grace was fantastic. A long distance move interstate from Adelaide to Brisbane made some much smoother by the fantastic service we received from Grace. I had to move a large heavy table from Willunga in SA to Gloucester in NSW recently. I was told (at the start of the week of the move) that someone would ring to say what time they would be arriving. No one rung, which was really quite annoying. I had to ring again (on the day of the move) to find out what was going on.
I was present in SA to watch as it was dismantled and securely wrapped in blankets and bubble wrap. I had to lend the guys a screw driver as they didn't have one (even though I made mention of this at the time of booking, ie that the table came apart). Was a little surprised that they didn't carry tools with them.
It arrived to Gloucester a week or two later (as told) and the fellows reassembled it for me.
The most important thing is that this large and very special table arrived safely, was undamaged and no parts were lost.

Had an awesome moving experience with Grace, my wife and I relocated from Adelaide to Sydney. The move was handled professionally, would definitely recommend.
