Grace Emily Hotel reviews
46 Great eclectic space, great live bands that do original music.
Fantastic bands, relaxed atmosphere
Last best pub in Australia, a little piece of friendly community that reminds me of the early 90's!
It's a ok hotel, alittle on the small side. Toilets are disgusting with graffiti. Needs more seating for people with disabilities for gigs.
Loved this place. Great bar staff, great atmosphere, great service and amazing relaxing experience. I loved looking at all the relics surrounding the walls. And the best part, it's still an old school pub with no damn pokies
Great vibe, friendly bar staff, but please put some ventilation, fans, anything, for the musicians on stage.so hot.
Great pub for live music. Small stage and you get to see the bands quite closely and great sound from a small venue.
Front bar is cool too, old school Aussie style.
Played a gig there. Great people, great little venue. Bands got an Esky of Cooper's. Can't complain. I believe Steve (maybe it was Steven) was the sound guy. Absolute legend, just wanting to help out and all that.
Hope to play another gig there soon
Went on a Wednesday evening, was pleasantly surprised by the live music and overall vibe of the place mid week. I'll be back for sure.

Interesting old pub that would not have seen a change or a clean in 50 years. Interesting memorabilia all around.
What did it for me was $10 for a beer and $10 for a generic white wine.
For a daggy pub in the back streets, that is way overpriced and there are plenty of pubs in East End charging between $3 and $6 less than this place.
Do some research guys.
The Grace is one of the last good pubs in Adelaide. Character drips from every surface. Lots of live music, lots of Coopers on tap, and a great barman. Go.
Best pub in Adelaide. Nothing fancy, good beer, good wine, live bands, pool, darts and no pokies.
Billy Bob's BBQ Jamboree is always awesome on a Monday night for open Mic and rock/ blues playing. Get into it!
Great vibe, well mannered patrons, great staff. Hope the insurance comes through soon, an absolute Adelaide institution that shouldn't go away.
Great pub, hasn't changed in years and that is amazing. Great drink prices. Good beer garden, regular events. Always enjoy a pint or two here.
Have frequented this niche kitsch pub for near 20 years, a style all it's own, some very entertaining gigs in the back room, many a game of pool, and beer always fresh and cold.
Good, ol' fashioned music pub with local beers, walls plastered in posters, and a vibe that upholds a genuine, no frills (unless the frills are retro) attitude to a front bar scene.
Cosy pub with great staff. Saw Sarah McLeod here & was surprised with the good sound considering the small space.
Cool outdoor space too.
Great place, not too crowded and the dress code isn't as strict as other hotels/pubs, which is a nice addition for me.
Could have some new beer varieties though, only cooper beers seem a bit limited on choice.
