Having just moved to the area I was in search of new local doctor. I was so impressed with Dr Martha Karuga. She was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, professional. It was a nice change from some of the other doctors I've tried locally who had no care or regard for you as a person. Thank you Dr Karuga and team for your care.

My appointment was at 1pm. The clinic called me at 12.59pm to tell me the doctor had covid. And I couldn’t be seen. Absolutely terrible, as I was waiting outside in my car about to go into my appointment. Waste of my time and waste of petrol. I bet you charge patients if they cancel last minute, I should of asked for a petrol compensation. You didn’t know in advance that the doctor had covid? ! Seems weird…

I was feeling so bad got misdiagnosed so many times taking wrong medications, so many years to looking for the right doctor and specialist without any answers until I was blessed to see Dr. Karuga, she did absolutely everything to find the reason of my illness, I felt that finally a doctor was listening to me, she was compassionate and caring, now I’m getting treated after 7 years of visiting different doctors.

Martha Karuga is an incredible physician who places her patients at the centre of everything she does. She is extremely ethical, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I got a medical appointment at this practice on the 10 of March 2022 to do my last Pap Smear. During my consultation, I was instructed to be ready to take the sample; they did not even provide me with a disposable surgical gown, which you expect to get this test done. During the procedure, the room's door opened by itself, and the doctor proceeded to close it using the surgical gloves before taking the sample and did not change them. I thought that that was unfortunate due to the potential germs on the door's handle, which makes me feel that they don't care much about cross-infection and patient comfort. Then they contacted me to tell me that the liquid of the sample was expired and apologise for the inconvenience and that they needed to retake the test. I am utterly disappointed by the whole experience.

Dr Karuga wins you over with warmth, professionalism and empathy, she really listens to what you have to say. She has been the most helpful

Martha is rude, un-compassionate, and self-righteous. She will quite literally yell at you if you say something she does not agree with. I don't understand how she has positive reviews. I'm convinced they are friends of hers or maybe they just got her on a good day. She is a terrible doctor.

Love Dr Karuga, s work ethics her thorough consolations are 2nd to non! Her ability to cross the Ts & Dot the I, s made our appointment feel not only Professional but very personal. I’m so happy that we finally found the GP with her Professionalism. Thank you.

Ive been going to Dr Martha for a year and a half, she is the best doctor I’ve ever been to in Adelaide and she is the most caring doctor and she is very professional and she spends her time with me for as long as I need, she saved my life by her caring and loving lady that she is. The doctor really pays attention to tour needs and she is very thorough and understanding.

The most unprofessional mess I have ever encountered in a health setting.

I had an 8am appointment with Dr Karuga and I arrive at the practice on time and its NOT OPEN. I call 3 times as I wait at the front door and no answer! I wait and no one comes!

The previous appointment at 12, and the doctor hasnt even arrived at the practice. What a joke!

In addition to this, Dr Karuga's knowledge about nutrition is very poor and outdated.

A total waste of time. Avoid at all cost.
