I have never left a medical centre feeling worse than when I walked in! Until 'Dr. ' Nitchingham! I live with a lot of pain and sometimes, if I don't keep up with panadol, the pain is so bad I will take codeine tablets. I went in to ask for a script and left feeling like a 'druggie' I will never go back there!

Worst experience ever

First the receptionist forced me to book with DC: Chan

On my appointment day with Dc: Chan came 5 minutes before and waited for 30 minutes to get called in.

Went in told him I have flue, he said I still have to do covid test and respiratory test and book 2 days later. During the next 2 days my sickness got even worst. After test Covid test came negative and found that I had flue.

Do not recommend him for any medication assist.

This clinic is terrible on every level. Staff and receptionist are all very rude and blunt. Doctor Samir was racist and unprofessional when I had an appointment over the phone he was talking to me in a shouting tone it was horrible, doctor Chan is very blunt he doesn’t care about the patient at all. The waiting till you see the doctor in the waiting room is the stressful time ever. I have been to so many clinics before I never had such a terrible experience until I came to GP axis.
Disgraceful, deplorable, rudeness and unprofessional.
I definitely won’t go to that place ever again.

Dr Chan, is the rudest doctor I have ever seen. He clearly does not care for his patients, and is more interested in getting through more people then caring for someone who is asking about their problems. He is arrogant, disrespectful and treats patients with a disgusting attitude. I had a couple of things I needed to ask him, he did the first thing I asked and then refused to help me with my other problems. He said and I quote “ I won’t deal with that you can get your normal doctor to deal with it, I am not doing a full body check up. He not only refused to treat me but has denied me the information I needed to sort out my medical problem. Doctors need to care and show empathy towards people. I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted in this treatment. So word of advice, if you are going to this Gp, do not ask for dr James chan, he will not care and will not treat you. Absolutely disappointed in this.

Dr Chan still not improved people skills and rude and abrupt. Other drs ok. Comes over as a know all and unprofessional. This practice still late. Reception could improve. Reception inefficient and not organised. Did not meet deadlines for motor vehicle forms. Poor service. Dr Chan a poor doctor and others not much better. Date March 2023.

The most racist and rudest clinic i have ever been to. Dr trang luu was racist and did not care about his patient. Dont bother going to this racist hub.

All I have to say is don’t ever bother going to see dr Chan. Worst dr I have ever been to. Left feeling worse than when I went in.

The receptionist Mignone on 2 occasions has incorrectly booked my appointments leaving the Dr to cancel at the last minute. I had utilised this clinic for over 15 years but the lack of accountability and unhelpful reception staff has left me no choice but to find a new Dr elsewhere. Mignone may i suggest some podcasts on developing empathy or a career change to a role where you arent the “face of the business”.

Staff are friendly and professional

Normal this place is ok, but today the person behind courter is very rude, and if dont have mask you be send to next door to buy a mask first. So if you have no money or mask dont come here, you will be turn away.

I have been a long term patient at this practice, the reception staff are amazing and Dr Goel is even better. As a person that has a severe lung condition and gets sick alot, I can always get in to see Dr Goel when I need to. He is fantastic with my children and is extremely understanding with my own health. There needs to be more drs in the world like him.

Drs are good but the front desk are rude and do not know what they are doing, when they are busy they only have one of the staff checking people etc in one on the phone full time and the other (manager) sitting in the office just looking outside the door.
You would think if they had a big line up waiting to be seen they would actually have probably another 2 staff on or the manager in the office can come out and help.

Reception staff were extremely helpful when I rang. The doctor I saw was extremely professional. Sorted out my ailment immediately.

DO NOT GO TO DR LUU FOR MENTAL HEALTH!
I begged this man for help and he so rudely & unsympatheticly told me "no I can't help you, go elsewhere". If I came to him on the appointment and that was my final straw, just hearing those words with zero empathy could've been enough for anyone to commit suicide! This man is rude, condescending and does not care about your mental health. I have filed a formal complaint about him.
Never received such disgusting treatment from a doctor, especially when asking for help with my mental health or at least a mental health care plan!
DISGRACEFUL.

Very unpleasant rude staff, especially the receptionists. When in a health care setting and should show some compassion and empathy, if you don’t like dealing with people perhaps you’re in the wrong job. I would not recommend this clinic to anybody!

Over the past couple of months this year I've repeatedly failed in being able to get my medication because my doctor is never available. I tired ringing three times told and am currently on hold and no one has bothered to answer the phone. I'm supposed to stop my medication at any point unexpectedly and I'm being given no choice. I've tried looking into multiple different outlets for mental health and everything is taking months to get into. What the hell am I supposed to do, I'm crying out for help and begging for someone to help me but it feels like no one cares at all.

My Dad was severe emphysema, severe mobility issues, fully vaccinated and has a medical exemption to wear a mask. He has an appt this morning and a militant receptionist stated he had to wear a mask despite Dad showing her his exemption. He again tried to show her his exemption and he was told that we could wait outside if he refused. He can barely walk let alone stand and non compassionate person was going to make him wait outside. They are in clear violation of the SA Health directives and should be ashamed of themselves for treating an 82yr old man this way. Caring? Compassionate? NO! Absolutely deplorable.

Dr Trang Luu is amazing, out of 7 doctors and four years, he had pin pointed the problem in minutes and has done so countless times since. He is serious about his job, and great with womens and childrens health. The practice overall is clean, can run late but the doctors are very busy and have a lot of patients which is understandable, very popular practice. Best results for my physical health from this practice. The doctors here waste no time, and the reception staff go out of their way to make sure youre okay and comfortable if youre having trouble.

A big thank you to Dr Lu who seen my grandson. You spent no time trying to help him. He has now been ambulanced to emergency. No wonder your rating is only 2.9. Would not recommend this practice.to anyone. You are not a doctor.

Dr Chan always late for appointments. Also dr Chan needs to get some people skills. Reception could be improved. Rating 2.9 is about right.
