Booked at this clinic as our regular family doctor is away and will not be booking again. My daughter had a rash on her body that I wanted to get checked, Dr looked at her and checked in her mouth and checked her breathing and then told me “it’s just a viral rash, her temperature and everything is fine and it’s nothing to worry about” he didn’t even check her temperature. Cut me off when trying to speak and then rushed us out the door. Glad it’s nothing serious but will not be going back here!

Doctor Kurian is very good family doctor.
I have been seeing him for over 10 years.
Receptionist staff are polite and understanding.
I have been going to this clinic for so many years without any problems.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Highly recommended.

Customer service so bad, they don’t know how to talk with patient’s, Unfortunately, after a long time, I would not prefer to say that it is not the right place for someone who needs a care

I have seen this doctor for a few months. Initially he can come across as a little abrupt or stand offish however, he is actually a really lovely doctor. He shows care and understanding and will investigate issues and provide support. He gets to the point quickly and he rarely runs late which is highly appreciative given some other doctors run 1-2 hours late!

My family have been seeing Dr Kurian for about 8 years and never had such a good GP before.

He is great with my 3 daughters and whenever we have needed an appointment same day he has always made time.

We have since moved away from Mawson Lakes but travel back to see him.

Highly recommended and also incredibly grateful for Goodwill Medical Centre, I have been going here for years and have always been looked after. The reception staff are always professional and kind, especially Michelle, thank you Dr. Kurian for everything you do!

The doctor will choose the patient, haha, what a funny clinic. If u feel sick, don’t go there to waste your time.

I for one have had good dealings with the doctor. He is direct but to the point. We have had short appointments but also long ones and has been professional everytime.

I have always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. Would not consider changing doctor because the GP has vast experience. Timely appointment with less waiting time which is very uncommon in Medical Practices. Well maintained clinic which also have an ample car parking. Must recommend.

The team at goodwill medical Center are very friendly, they treat their customer / patients, with respect and politeness.

Dr Georgelin is not only a great doctor but also a good business man who believes in the policy of “customer is always right” and understand the situation by coming into their shoes

A very good GP practice and five star only because we travel all the way from CBD to this clinic because their friendly and professional approach towards people like us visiting with kids especially when we struggle to get an appointment in most of those popular CBD clinics. Instead of wasting time at ED, we did drive 30mins to Goodwill Clinic and got a proper GP consultation without a huge crowd waiting outside. Sad to see those single star reviews from those who expected a business class treatment at a GP clinic or just showing totally 100% entitlement attitude.

Too difficult they don’t understand. Wanted to simply book in tried explaining why I needed these bookings and she didn’t understand a word I was saying. I even said I have a referral…

I had my records transferred to a new clinic as I needed to see a specific dr and they straight away sent me a message pretty much telling me not to come back. The way they even respond to their reviews is unprofessional, instead of asking for feedback they slam the client. I wasn't going to say anything but then they were rude to my new clinic when they were checking on my records!

My partner has tried to book appointments via HotDoc and the practice has declined multiple bookings.

I understand that it is not her regular doctor but what is the point of being a GENERAL PRACTITIONER if you are not willing to see patients who need assistance.

I am surprised this practice has been allowed to operate for as long as it has. I’m almost certain this review will be met with a pathetic & immature response. I have been once or twice myself in the past when I couldn’t get into any other GP but I sure as hell wouldn’t return and would rather wait 12 hours in the hospital:)

Rude doctor, rude receptionist. I think they misunderstand the meaning of "Goodwill".

I tried to book appointments via their website and via hotdoc and the practice has declined multiple bookings. Eventually called the clinc directly to make an appointment and told to "go away" by the doctor. Perhaps the hypocrathic oath doesn't extend to Mawson Lakes.

The receptionist was very rude and hung up on me. I called her back and she spoke to me rudely. This is the worst clinic and I won’t recommend anyone to go there. Very rude staff. I was using my phone while waiting to be seen by the doctor and the receptionist asked me to reduce my volume that I was disturbing the peace of the hospital. I will never go there in my life again.

Disgraceful, inhumane treatment.
Consult today felt like I was living in a third world country. Waiting outside in the heat, consulting with patients outside with zero privacy. Shame on certain Drs following their pay cheques more than their oath to perform medical care. As the Dr said himself, if I don’t like it I can not come back. Well Dr you’ve lost another client. Question though Doc, how long do you think you’ll stay open if you have no clients left? ! Shame on you. Where are your ethics.

This is my GP clinic for the last 6 years! I am very pleased with the services I have received from this clinic over the years. Mr Kurian is a knowledgeable and fantastic doctor and always accommodate when I need urgent attention.clinic is well maintained and has friendly staff at the reception. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for

Very disappointed with the service. The receptionist is very disrespectful and communicates in a very unprofessional manner.

Extremely unprofessional staff. I just had standard expectations like anyone would have from a GP practice. I politely requested for an appointment to get some pathology results and the lady at the reception plainly lied to my face stating that the Doctor cannot access the files. It took me 3 different phone calls (to confirm that the doctor can access them) and call her back and ask if she could please book an appointment as it as a matter of urgency. She was extremely rude and told me that the doctor does not have time to deal with all this (like I was asking it for free of cost?). Did not book an appointment after all and ruined my day. Also this wasn't the first time- everyone at that place has always been extremely rude, loud and will barely let you finish your sentence no matter ho politely you are to them. Just a simple explanation with a smile would be better than lying, being indifferent and ruining someone's day:)
