Joined Goodlife 3 months ago. Has been a great experience and been welcomed by great staff everyday. The facility provides a wide range of equipment suited for everyone needs and is always kept it clean and tidy. Goodlife has an amazing welcoming community, great for beginners. Personal trainers are also included. Very much recommend for all ages no matter your body type, size or weight.

If you are looking for a fantastic workout experience, Goodlife Health Clubs Noarlunga is the place. Good infrastructure, excellent personal trainers and positive atmosphere.

Poor customer service, cleanliness, after hours access is terrible using their app. They made it very difficult to cancel & continued to deduct payments after cancellation.

Large gym with plenty of space. New equipment and plenty of machines to workout on. Parking is easy with a lot of site parking. Staff are easily approachable for directions or advice.

My first visit to a gym at 73 years of age was made easy and successful by close direction from the trainers on my first three visits. I now have a programme to help me achieve my goals and I am not travelling blind. Thank you so much Goodlife.

Great goodlife gym. Modern equipment, and heaps of it. Convenient location and friendly staff. A fairly reasonably low amount of classes on offer, but perhaps that's because there aren't that many members? And it's missing a Sauna/steam room facility which some other goodlifes offer. But overall decent! Would love to see a sauna/steam room added one day!

Love the group classes. I went to Goodlife Health Club Norlunga few times, l am satisfied with many excercise equipments and facilities in this club. Would certainly recommend to my friends.

Since they close the creche one more after without telling me before I signed it, I think is not fair the money you pay (talking about being a Mum 24/7 and no time to train different than during the day.

I don't want to slander the company because of one person being incompetent, the facilities are great! Just been careful all information gets disclosure!

Underhanded scummy handling when trying to cancel a membership.

They put the membership on hold when they'd told me that they'd cancelled it. 3 months later I get calls from their finance company that sounds like a scam call.

Person at the gym said I owe money for an account they'd told me was cancelled already and now is 1 month in arrears.

Handballed around their Office, nobody takes responsibility. Offered me the pleasure of paying $250 plus the arrears.

Completely disregarded that I didn't feel safe in their facilities. Billed me for it.

Be wary.

DO NOT GIVE CARD DETAILS TO THIS PLACE! OWNER WILL CREATE INCORRECT CONTRACT WITHOUT CONSENT BUSINESS HAS BEEN REPORTED AND IS BEING INVESTIGATED

Our girls have loved spending time in the creche, a great opportunity for self care time for parents. So sad to see it go.

Great staff, location, plenty of parking. Clean showers and change rooms. Even more room in the gym and never had an issue. Thanks team!

Joined this gym before covid. When covid hit I cancelled my membership with them and they still insisted on charging me the full amount even thought they had a cancellation policy and the notes said I called to cancel. I refused to pay through principle and it ended up in debt collection. They said if I cleared the debt they would give a 40% discount and 10 months later they are chasing me for that discount. Stay away from this Gym.

Fabulous, friendly and feel comfortable going in and training here. PT is amazing. Front line staff always greet with a smile and hello
Highly recommend if you are thinking of joining.

The staff there are so friendly and the pt’s know their stuff and don’t hesitate to help you if you ask them when your on the gym floor. 10/10
