Goodlife Health Clubs 24/7 reviews
71 Great club!
Awesome space and love the pool & sauna facilities.
Great size work out room and if you go during the day you have so much room to do your own thing without disturbing anyone.
Only one thing to pick on and that is the individual greetings.a great greeting can mean a world of difference in a work out opposed to feeling slightly ignored.
I recently popped in and asked for some pricing details. My exchange with the person at the counter was short and abrupt, so left angry after the exchange. The law/commerce student could do with customer service skills.
Gyms ok machines need some TLC vibes good relaxed, girls at front desk need a happy pill 4 out of 5 days but its ok for a franchise
Outdated equipment.
Large areas but really badly set up.
Needs a total refresh.
I don't understand playing film clips through the gym put sports on. And needs to consider its market. The foxtel rugby league channel on in SA. Dumb!
All rounder gym, great for a variety of ppl of all ages. The refurbishment of the gym is fantastic and it's a pleasure to train there!
The most incredible gym I have been a member of, so far! It is huge with a large cardio area and an even bigger weight area. The classes are brilliant, with great instructors, and the best part is getting to cool off in the pool after a great work out. Down side is access to the gym when it's peak hour, and their parking, especially when busy.
The showers are faulty especially the mens. Not enough pressure and some cubicles only have either hot or cold, nothing in between. Some equipment need replacing and they're mostly end of life, bordering on being unsafe. The treadmills are a bit of a throwback from the early millennium, whereas most other Goodlife gyms have gone touchscreen.
Other than that, it's a fantastic gym with a mix of types of gym goers. The atmosphere is excellent!
Went to payhnam club, the strength training area around 9pm, no air-con at all only two fans was on, why? It's summer, inside was like 30 degree.
The room is hot and smells awful please turn on your air -con! People might get heat stroke!
Been a member for nearly a year. The staff are friendly, the manager, Kerryn, is always helpful and accommodating. Facilities are clean and well maintained.
The gym passes because I happen to find the mix of equipment exactly to my needs. But reception staff are dismissive in the extreme. Unless they're your personal trainer, good luck getting their enthusiasm about helping you. Asked twice for a quick tour, and all I got was a OHS induction. Literally the second my contract was signed, the girl who signed me up just walked away without a word and that was it. No more communication. I have your money, seeya.
Bit of a rabbit warren and parking is a huge pain. Most Park illegally along the street as it's the only option.
