Good little gym. Had just enough equipment for what you need for a decent full body workout and cardio section. Friendly staff and members are mostly friendly. No show pony's. Comfortable environment for all. Beginners to advanced training. 24hr entry also.

My Dad visited this gym just to have a look at the venue and experienced instant disappointment. He was treated like a business transaction rather than a human being. The salesperson refused my Dad entry until he signed in and sat down for a 1 hour sales spiel.
She offered him a ‘discounted’ joining rate of $19.99 per week but only if he signed up immediately, plus wanted a joining fee of $148!
So he went to the new Revo Gym on Marion Rd - no joining fee, only $10pw and had exceptional customer service!

Lots of empty promises. When you sign up they will make lot of promises, as soon as you signed up they will forget about every promises they had made.
They will make any exception to hook you up, once it done they will forget about everything they have promised.
Absolute worst after sale service.
Do not recommend to anyone.

I was a member for a full 12 months as i was unable to get out of the contract. Read on! This gym is busy with many members, therefore if managed correctly should have modern plentiful equipment and should be hygienic and clean. HOWEVER, this gym has run down old equipment, often popular machines are out of order and only singular machines exist for popular exercises eg. Smith machine and leg extension machine, there long wait periods exist to workout, the floor is similar to a dogs bed where filth, grime and hair exists especially surrounding machines where your water bottle or belongings maybe, the bathroom often smells like a long drop, the sauna sweat is often so bad across the bathroom floor its a cesspool hazard. Real gym standards exist just hundreds of metres up the road! Why this review? Because it's true and not once were our concerns genuinely addressed. Thank you

Lacklan took the time to understand my unique needs, specifically addressing my knee and lower back issues that had been causing discomfort during workouts. He crafted a personalized program that not only focuses on building strength but also helps to alleviate those problem areas. I am amazed at the progress I've made under his guidance, and I feel stronger and more confident with each passing day.

In addition to the outstanding training sessions, Good Life Health Club Marion offers a variety of programs designed to cater to different fitness goals. My next focus will be on weight loss, and I have no doubt that the gym will provide the resources and support I need to achieve my desired results.

What truly surprises me is that I've never been a fan of going to the gym in my entire life. Not sure where to start! The establishment is nothing but a money grab. The place is dirty, like filthy, my partner tells me the female toilets smell like someone has taken a big dump in all of them. The steam room smells like mould. The equipment is old, there is always one piece of equipment broken and is stays broken for a good 8 weeks. If you have more than 5 people in the weights room it's over crowded. There is no atmosphere, usually the tvs and or the music is off in the mornings. The staff are rude and the manager is not interested in speaking with you, even if you want to raise concerns with them. I haven't finished my 12month membership, I enquired about cancelling the membership and they provided me with misleading information, so I wouldn't cancel. My partner rang a few days a go to challenge them and ask how they came up with the figure they where advising me I needed to cancel. My partner pointed out the contract information where she was incorrect, the lady on the phone became rude by speaking over me and hung up. (At no point did my partner use excessive language) - They are in hope you decide its not worth it, keep the membership going, forget when the 12mths is up and they bump up your membership by 3% - yes, its in the contract. Stay clear, there are much more friendly, positive gyms that are cleaner, have all equipment working and no lock in contracts.

This gym is dirty, the toilets always smell like someone’s dropped a load, the spray bottles, paper towels are always empty, there is never any music on when I go, the sauna is always broken and the Staff are exceptionally rude especially after raising your concerns. I have many friends who have raised these concerns and we all laugh how bad it is when talking about training.

One of the best gyms in the area, large space, big parking so no drama to park your vehicle, the machines and equipment are newd, modern, and in great condition, place look nice, tidy, and clean, a good gym that keeps you motivated to workout! The management sounds very well organised and safety features are great!

Worse gym, careless staff! Pig trainers just looking at the girls! Also females toilet always smells really bad! Would not recommend this place to anyone

I use gym for cardio equipment and relax. Sauna temperature is set at very high and couldn't enjoy in full. Overall better experience

Bad cleaning gym cobwebs everywhere. In the morning there are no music, neither heat in winter. Terrible experience.

Clean and enough equipments for all. MOST OF THE TIME.watch and plan your workout if you don't like to wait

Was there this morning and got pushed aside by a PT and his client. Was pretty rude to be completely honest with you, didn’t even ask me if he could use the equipment near where I was set up

Always greeted with a smile, group fitness classes lead by helpful and knowledgeable instructors who know how to combine fitness and a bit of fun.

Great gym, affordable. Good balance sheet for free waits and machines. Limit in facilities but still great. Has steam room, many classes. Staff is super friendly and very helpful
