Gong Cha Tea Tree Plaza

Ordered a matcha egg waffle and got ask to wait for 7 minutes. Then when I came back after 10 minutes it was still not ready. Total of 20 minutes for my waffle, AND IT IS BURNT! There are 4 staff and it’s not that busy to not check the waffle. The cashier was done with taking order and just standing playing with nothing? Normally my favourite but this is so terrible experience for today. Please ask your staff to be more mindful

Good tea but always long wait, currently there is only one person working! Just not good enough and wastes the customers time

Service was reallllllly slow, but drinks were tasty. Only 1 person manning the register and making the drinks.

Waited 10 minutes to be served and 10 minutes more to get the drink. 20 minutes in total and we were only 3 customers.

The young lady with black glasses on, working there was too slow as if she is working at her home and bringing tea for guests. I could see other customers were laughing at how slow and carefree she was working and a line of customers were staring at her.

Have been here quite a few time. The drinks are good but always when I come the girls have long open hair while making drinks. Do you guys know anything about hygiene and food safety? It’s gross seeing seeing their hair all open all the time while making my drinks. While making food hair should always be tidied in a ponytail or even better in a bun.

Loved the girl who served us this Sunday night. We had her pick out our drinks since we had absolutely no idea how bubble tea works. We shared lots of laughter with her, 10/10 for the best humour and customer service.my first time experiencing such a funny encounter at a bubble tea shop, my friends and I adore her, thanks ttp gongcha.

Service was horrible, the man who was in the cashier was very rude manner. And the charges there was 10c mis. And also 10% surcharge.
My order was ready but I was waiting ages because the man was very slow and he was just walking behind and come front with no reason. Never experienced this much bad in gongcha tea tree plaza. Management please think about this.

Probably the best bubble tea I've had! I ordered the taro tea with peach pearls and it is just delicious! The price was a little high but totally worth it! Strongly recommend?

Had a bubble milk oolong, was really nice and refreshing, friendly staff and highly recommending.

After lunch, we had some Gong Cha here at TTP. There is only one dude serving and the wait was a bit long. Another person eventaully arrived and helped out but yeah the wait was not great. The bubble tea was still OK but would have been better if the wait was lesser.

I ordered for lychee drink with lychee jelly. But sadly lychee jelly’s taste was not even close to lychee. Drink was okay but disappointed with lychee jelly also i thought drink comes with popping pearls but there was none. They could have asked me if i want or not. They didn’t mentioned anything about it.

One person working alone while the customer line up is 10. Got bored of waiting for my turn after 20 minutes and left empty handed.

I ordered a hot, large taro milk tea + pearl and milk foam for $8.40. I confirmed with the staff who served me that the sugar level is adjustable, so I requested 30%. Eventually, the tea is sickly sweet, medium-size and not even warm. I was going to take a photo of how improperly he made the drink; then I realised that there wasn't a sticker on the cup! Yes, we did leave in a rush, so we didn't check the tea, but they shouldn't have any excuse to serve me a wrong drink in a lying or/and a careless way! What a waste!

The brown sugar milk tea with pearls are so good, one of my favourites. The place is always busy and the service is great i would come back here everyday that if I could.

Went to get bubble tea with a few friends before a movie. Staff were very slow, and even though I lined up with my friends, they accepted my order and refused to serve my friends behind me because they were closing. We had to awkwardly wait for 10 minutes for my drink.
If you're going to "close" randomly, at least announce that you're about to close prior to taking any orders from a group.

I tried the Lychee Tea with Aloe pieces.
It was refreshing with a delicious flavour. Loved the extra large straw to suck up the mini aloe jelly pieces.
Not too much ice either.
There are a couple of tables and chairs outside the drinks Cafe area.

Bubble tea is good - nothing special, but 1000% better than the service which is astonishingly poor. Staff are rude, unhelpful and lazy. Zero customers waiting and they didn't greet or even look at us for a solid 5 mins.

Only have two staff working on Saturday evening and only one of them making bubble tea. Manager should reorganise shift!

Staff are friendly and prepares drinks very fast. Would always buy a milk tea here everytime i vist TTP

I love their drinks, and the huge amount of options. I'm honestly almost addicted. However when it comes to delivery, if staff don't have time to make orders before closing or aren't willing to stick around to complete them (which a lot of restaurants will actually do when they've been busy), either cancel them before closing, order don't confirm them to begin with. Twice I've made delivery orders (one being half an hour before closing, and one being one and a half hours before closing) both of which were confirmed, a driver apparently being assigned, estimated delivery time given, etc.only for my orders to never arrive because everyone had obviously gone home as soon as the clock hit closing time.
