I ordered a large latte.
One quarter of the cup was just foam!
And costs way more than other coffee places.

Disgusting iced chocolate and expensive
complained, p*ss weak excuse no offer of replacement or refund

Big range of drinks that you can customise to your preference. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great for those who need a coffee on the go too.

I really like the new spot and look of the place. Staff are still lovely and I really enjoy the food.

Asked for a ceramic cup, got a paper cup. Overpriced, poor quality. This is a pop up at the bottom of the escalators in Myer. Won't be going there again.

Average. I had the apple muffin which was rather plain and not filled with much apple or anything else.
I also had the passionfruit chiller which was extremely watered down and did not taste very good. (Coming from someone who loves passionfruit)

Gloria Jeans Coffee Shop rating from me is a 12/10.
Extremely fantastic service and impeccable friendliness towards the customers.
The food is superb as well as their coffee. The service staff are always happy, friendly, polite and courteous.
I will definitely keep coming back to this place.

Quite a good place. Customer service is amazing. Food is 10/10, great assortment of lunches and snacks. Coffee/chocolate chillers are on point too (fruit I haven't tried). Chillers are my main purchase and are ~ a dollar cheaper than Boost Juice across the mall, and hot chocolates are quite affordable and absolutely AMAZING. However one small downside to me is that anything containing coffee seems to be quite expensive, and I would usually go across to McDonalds which provides comparable coffee for $1-$1.50 cheaper. 9/10 for me.

Delicious coffee. Had Philly cheesesteak which was also very yum! Nothing negative about my experience!

I was absolutely disgusted by the coffee - I ordered Mocca Truffle Medium with cream on top which I regularly order. Firstly the price has increased by 50 cents which I did not mind paying for premium coffee. However, I was served a milky drink with no essence or taste of coffee or mocca so essentially drink water with a splash of milk. I noticed that a young lad prepared the coffee so could be that he was not adequat trained nevertheless why we customers need to be subjected to such substandard quality paying premium price. I could have had a CIBO coffee full of flavour for $4.50. Will not be visiting this store again - gone off their coffee.

Busy place, but the staff deal with it well. Make sure that you look for the signs regarding where to order from.

Ordered a topped up Long Mac earlier today. After I returned the long black I was served at first, I was served a weak flat white! Although the barista acted like he knew what I ordered, he clearly didn’t or couldn’t be bothered. I didn’t return the coffee (which also tasted as if the machine needed cleaning) a second time. - finished it and left…

This is what I found at my table in Gloria Jean’s Adelaide. When I asked the staff to clean it they said they could not because it was residue left over from Covid notice and nothing they had could do the job?

Was served quickly, by a friendly man, ordered a sausage roll and almond milk Cappuccino.
Went to the next counter to ask a staff member if she would have someone clean the table down - her word to me were ‘what do you want … today! ’ Not nice as they were snapped at me.
I waited longer, but I didn’t mind that, however, my heated sausage roll sat on counter for quite some going cold and being leaned over and breathed on, when I was called, I had to ask a second time for the table to be cleaned and then had to sit holding he coffee and the plate in each hand while waiting.

Trust me Luke warm ‘sausage’ roll, which tasted like stuffing inside greasy puff pastry is not very pleasant.

No wonder Gloria jeans is no longer popular!

Expensive, but the caramellatte is my favourite coffee - I know that makes me no critic but you can't help what you like

One of the workers here has consistantly not been wearing a mask. She has been preparing food and drinks while speaking, not only putting the food and drink and risk of contamination but also putting her co-workers ar risk. During the worst part of the spead of covid, this really sucks to see. Me and everyone else wears one at work to keep eachother safe, if she can't even wear one while preparing food and talking I'm just going to turn around and go to maccas.

Love the store at Marion Shopping Centre but GloriaJeans needs to upgrade their website as the Port Adelaide store is no longer operational the Myer Centre store in Stephen Place never answers their phone very bad customer service have left 5 msgs on the phone no call backs at all left msg on GloriaJeans messenger site no answers from them either so very bad customer service there also. Need to step up your customer service!

Just now went for coffee, ask for dine-in, they gave me on takeaway and when I again ask for dine in, barista gave me empty cup and ask me to pour by myself, even no sorry … worst customer service, paid $5.40 it’s worthless …. Not recommended to go there ……
