Gloria Jean's Coffees

Staff very friendly and efficient. Coffee and muffin excellent but let down by the dining area. In need of a serious renovation, bench seating in particular.

Unfortunately a very unfriendly staff member has turned several of us against returning.
Re the actual place, several of the main lounges need re-covering making the look of the shop grubby

Gloria Jean's is part of Westfield Marion's food court so it is only a small shop but customers have access to the food court's tables and chairs. I have always found the coffee very good, and it is served quickly.

Well established cafe next-door to Myers on the upper level! Serving a wide range of coffees, teas, pastries, snacks, cakes, toasties etc! Not a large shop and could do with more seating as it's a popular choice due to it's location! The coffees are good and the service is fast and efficient despite the at times crowded house atmosphere! Very popular venue!

tried it out for the first time yesterday (feb 11th). There were two teenage girls who helped me decide what to order and were extremely patient with me.restaurant was clean and tidy and an overall lovely feeling.you don’t get good customer service like this very often! Will definitely be returning next time im in the area

The food here is good and the employees are nice. Unfortunately the store is so small that it's impossible to safely distance from anyone else.

Good place for a coffee fix! Tip: Very Vanilla latte is sweet, try it before you add more sugar

This Cafe store is still my favourite place for a good brew of coffee or tea. Good selection of cakes and sweets Good place for wheelchair users because the seating can be moved. Thank you for being my favourite place.

Breakfast triple bacon was terrible.far too much sauce which ran out all over the place.very disappointing

You cant say you’re not serving drinks anymore 20 minutes before the store closes. The store closes at 5pm so start packing up at 5pm. Disgusting.

Coffee tastes like it was cremated and then brought back to life with someones earwax and then creamted again and paid like $5.80 learn how to roast coffee beans

A Very Poor Joke and Bad Experience for My Mother
On Sunday 13th February my mother (who is in her 60s and a teacher from the Adelaide Hills) offered to take me down to Marion to purchase shoes for my job. She was happy to as she loves Gloria Jean coffee and said she'd be there while I shop. Her school staff supported the Mt Barker franchise when it was open.
She ordered a coffee and was told it would be delivered to her table out in the level one food court.
When it was ready one of the 3girls serving yelled/shouted out really loudly (then burst into laughter). "Hot flat white" do loudly that all heads from all adjacent stores and tables turned.
My mother was so embarassed because all three girls serving were laughing as she had to get up to retrieve it. It was 4.30 pm with few customers. The girls serving thought it was funny.to embarass her in public.
Mum will never go there again. I am appalled at the service she received.
She said she'd email the GJ in Sydney.but didn't.so I'm writing this on her behalf as she was so upset. I'll encourage her to do email.

Food and drink was great but the service was poor.
Asked if I could get a table cleared to sit and got a frustrated eye roll. The plates and rubbish were removed from a table for me but then just used her hand to wipe off the remaining food and crumbs.well not all.of them but about half
Thought she was going to come back with a cloth and cleaner but never did

The staff at Gloria jeans are so good, even when they were busy, the service was excellent and didn't wait long for my order.

I really like the professionalism. They had at least 9 or more customers lined up to order however being versitile with serving, toasting and making coffees was excellent

I had an eclair an that was really pleasant. The only thing is that there was FLIES in the glass window where food was being produced and handed out to customers. I dont know how this passes health and saftey!?

This was not the first time this has happened i have seen the flies in the window, me and my family have seen them regularly.

In terms of the employees and seating, the employees are nice and used their manners. The seating was ok, there was not many tables. From my understanding Gloria Jeans is not really a dine in place, but if I am wrong i would be even more annoyed at this place.

Good hot food - delivered efficiently. Did not have to wait too long for food to come and it was at a busy time. Reasonably priced. Hot tea and coffee.

Pretty disappointed being 4.34pm on a Friday and couldn't by a vanilla chilla, they had stop making them for the day. 5.30 closing time

Not one table was cleaned when I was there. The place was a disgrace in a time when we need sanitising.
The "barista" stood at the coffee machine wiping her nose with the back of her hand and continued to make coffee.
It was a horrible experience and the coffee was cold.

Great coffee, great hot muffin with cream! Could be 5 star if the staff could improved their customer service skills.
