Gloria Jean's Coffees

I came in today with my family and I just had to write a review because I experienced exceptional customer service from Arthur. He went above and beyond and made us feel so welcomed even though it was very busy. The coffee and cakes were awesome too!

I've been coming to Gloria Jean's Colonnades location on and off for years and what always brings me back isn't just the terrific house blend of coffee but the outstanding customer service. The staff, every single member on the team, always go out of their way to engage even during their busier moments. It is the staff that make this place one of the finest cafés you'll ever enter.

The staff that is on today Sunday 9th is fantastic they are doing a great job. They were polite and friendly and helpful. Great job guys

LOVE coming in! Large Chai Latte! Very friendly staff and now on a first name basis 90% of the time! Very happy everytime I go there!

Family ordered small iced coffees. I ordered large. Mine was was filled to the top with ice. Everyone else half. I had 3 sips and goneski. I mentioned it, they admitted I got ripped yet no offer to rectify just that they’ll ‘get it right next time. ’ Kick in the face. Not worth $7.10. Ice and coffee hit. Small!

Food good (teriyaki chicken panini) but not as tasty as expected.
Very noisy atmosphere

Quick stop for coffee and muffin. Dine in maybe a mistake as not a quick stop. Muffin was warm yes but fell to pieces trying to eat with a fork. Not a great start to a day.

They make a delicious.hot chocolate drink, but unfortunately not enough gluten free food products

I guess my review is based on this visit, though I had been to Gloria Jeans many times before they rebuilt their cafe. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was quiet. Lots of different beverages and food to choose from. Yummy things. Always worth spending time relaxing with a good coffee and snack.

Coffee was served quickly and tasted great. The staff were efficient and extremely welcoming.

Maybe change your opening hours. Hours on Thursday are listed as closing at 7: 00, however on three occasions we’ve gone there at 6: 00 only to find they closed early. Three wasted trips. It’s getting old and we’ve given up coming back

No.waste of money.nothing was nice as far as the food went and the ordering mistake made it a bad experience. Won't be back

Great experience at this store. Staff were lovely and when they were unsure if ingredients in one of their bakery items rang the boss to get the details. All to make sure i would not eat sonething intolerances would not allow me to have. They came up with an option and really showed they cared about their customers. Cannot thank themenough or rate their service and products highly enough. The baked items were delicious and the coffee awesome.

Cappuccino tasted water with no froth. While you wait, told abruptly to "stand outside". Service not friendly and very average coffee.

Ordered a toastie toastie got dry warm smelly ham and inconsistent this smelly pizza sauce. Definitely not at all what they advertise. Man wanted to make me another. NO.

Good coffee and friendly staff. Just remember don't sit outside in winter near the entry door the breeze will freeze you.

Gloria Jeans at colonnades has the best of everything! Friendliness, warmth, love and a brilliant service. I have been going there for many years now and they won't lose me as a loyal customer!

I ordered a very nice frosty drink from there, I believe it was vanilla mocha or something like that and I got a vanilla slice.
Anyways I sat down and was eating the vanilla slice and drinking the coffee and oh my god it was amazing. The only downside was they were out of those little coffee figures that were there. But apart from that it's a top tier place to go and I love it to bits.
10/10 from me
