Glengowrie Retirement Village

I would have to say that I was hear today and received an appsolute disgusting treatment from the grounds keeper I was lost and parked in the wrong place I came out to have the grounds keeper in my car beeping my horn then I apologized about parking in the wrong place his rampage did not stop he continued to yell abuse at me then threatened me I was only trying to do my job at the time this incredibley abusive person should not be anywhere near the most vonarable at any time I am still shaken up by his disgusting behaviour and I should have called the police and had him charged I still cannot believe that he is trusted to be around the most vonarable of all it is an appsolute disgrace his behaviour attitude and abuse is just disgraceful

My Mum enjoyed 3 fabulous years at Glengowrie. Deb does an excellent job of managing this centre supported by Julie and a great team of carers. Mum had a lovely unit in the assisted care area which gave her independence with all the support she needed with meals, cleaning and heavy laundry done for her. Medications can also be administered. There were always lots of activities to participate in and the gardens are very attractive. Being so close to the dog park is also good as it is a short walk to enjoy patting and watching the dogs have a play. We think the units are very good value and highly recommend this centre.

Our late Mother lived at this beautiful village for nearly 29 months, in a wonderful Serviced Apartment. All Mums needs were always cared for in a friendly, loving manner.
During her time here Mum was very happy and enjoyed the company of many there.
Management Debbie & Leanne, & all staff at Glengowrie Village are the most caring, friendly people. My sister & I could not fault anything in the time our dear Mum lived here. Many Thanks to you all.
