I’ve been attending this surgery for about 5 years now and couldn’t be more impressed by the staff and doctors! I highly recommend this surgery for its treatment and professionalism! No complaints from me

It has been more than 10 years since I have been visiting to this clinic. Dr Solanki is very competent but now has taken on a lesser role. The medical centre has had a renovation last year, new doctor Dr Rajan Anand is a great diagnostic, knowledgeable, thorough and empathetic. I have always found the staff very helpful. My family is very satisfied with the services. The clinic is fantastic!

Worst receptionist ever. Plays little mind games with the clients, she is supposed to be helping people, not being rude and giving them serious attitude. WE the clients and the Government (Medicare!) pay your wages, put your manners back in and start showing some humility and politeness to people who are often at their most vulnerable.

Rude receptionist. I've got hurt in my eye on job at work. Accident happens. Reached in panick to this practice to see a doctor, was told if you're not register here, we can't see you. If you're not registered, you must not get hurt in their vicinity. Bad attitude and impression.

The new doctor- Dr Anand is very competent and the staff at the reception is very pleasant. I highly recommend this surgery. My family is very satisfied with the services.

Great service. The staff were lovely and Dr. Anand was very thorough and empathetic. I would not go anywhere else!

My friend is in need of care regarding his mental health/medications. And unable to go to his previous Doctor for reasons I don’t want to repeat.
So already he’s nervous about finding a new doctor and building up that trust again.
The receptionist that answered, female, didn’t catch her name, was extremely rude, when my friend is in a sensitive state.
You’re the first level of communication, you present the clinic. Present it in a manner that makes people want to seek help and feel comfortable coming to you.
Not going to this clinic JUST because of the receptionist. Disgusting behaviour.
Receptionist should have better communication skills.

Been going here for about 12 years now. Dr Solanki is very professional, but has now taken on a lesser role towards retirement.

Fantastic surgery! Very thorough and professional. Waiting time rarely longer than 15 mins. After a lot of trial, error and expense, I won’t take my family anywhere else!

The doctor is very nice but waiting time is too long. I have to wait around one hour every time. Half an hour is reasonable but one hour is too much!

I have been coming here for over 25 years. A new doctor started on July 1 as Dr Solanki will be working only Thursday mornings & Friday afternoons. The new doctor is very competent & easy to talk to. The medical center has had a face lift recently. Both the receptionists are lovely & there is a female nurse you can see

The new doctor (Dr. Rajan Anand) is incredibly caring and efficient. Went out of his way to accommodate me. Had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend him.

I have been visiting this clinic for the past five years. The staff are very professional and friendly enough. I really trust the judgement of my doctor. He is very thorough, a good listener and very supportive.

The attitude of the reception staff leave much to desire. Customer service is a non-existent value. One just needs to analyse the posting feedback to determine that the reception is a real problem.

I don't understand how people can give this practice a bad review, perhaps they have a problem themselves. I have always found staff friendly and helpful. Dr.is always attentive and thorough. I highly recommend this general practice for your healthcare needs.

Why receptionist have such a disgusting attitude over the phone.absolutely expresses no sympathy, and dont even have a disancy to ask how i am to offer help. When it's bad enough that i lost my voice, she made me force my throat to strain so she can hear me. Ignorant and useless person.

Telephone staff very rude and unhelpful.
Tried to organise an appointment was put on hold for several minutes with loud screeching background music.

Absolutely disgusted with this Dr. Wrongly diagnosed me with a very serious STI. Negligent and seems more interested in pumping patients out than providing thorough, comprehensive service.
