7 This is a decent spot to go to get your run of the mill health conscious products.
I was happy enough with the selection, however, I found that the breadth of the range disappointed me. There were also a lot of shelf areas that hadn’t been restocked.

Was keen to browse healthy options for a quick snack from swimming. My partner and I wanted to try the pastries from the display. I had the 'twix' bar which was not infact caramel and biscuit, but pure peanut butter and dark chocolate. It was so bitter i had to throw it away after 3 bites. My partner had the meat pie, it was super over salted, customer service was nice tho.
Nice small shop with yumee cakes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great job. Wish you lot of good customers.

What a really lovely shop and amazingly helpful staff. I was looking for some products to support some chinese medicine recommendations I received recently and received great assistance and further clarification on what I needed and why. I never write reviews, but had to share my experience. I am impressed with the castile soap and hand cream recommendations as well. Great products!
They have a few good products but I just asked about Black seed oil and the response was it is very hard to get so I suggested Iherb where retail is pretty much wholesale and he said "I have nothing to do with iherb I have my own suppliers". Well champ if something is hard to get with your current supplier do not discount other suppliers just because you cant make as much money. You might make only $20 a bottle buying from iherb rather than $30 from your usual supplier but if your usual supplier cant supply well then you are making 100% of zero. The South Australian business mentality is why this state is broke.
