Glandore Community Centre

Glandore Centre is a model community facility and Marion Council is to be congratulated on its administration. A perfect public space to take young children for a romp, to play on the excellent equipment or picnic by the fountain. For residents experiencing financial stress this is a cost-free haven in the shade of substantial trees and rich bird life. This is caring for community at its simplest and best.

I'm going to choir on Fridays. About 15 of us in the choir. Very good leader. Lots of fun.
And they've completed some renovations on kitchens and toilets.

One of the most beautifully looked after community centres in Adelaide, brand new playground for kids, gorgeous spot for events, classes and parties, gorgeous gazebo and fountain, lovely vibe for a relaxing walk and picnic. Lots of shade

Definitely no community spirit here on a Thursday morning. Terrible vibe and thankfully I have no requirement to return.

It was early in the morning sites, how beautifully made by God for us, everything is so perfect & settel.

Great community centre with lots of free or very cheap activities on offer. Free sports gear hire during office hours. Cheap coffee and snacks (toasties, muffins, scones) on Saturday morning between 9-12. Also a playground and lots of open space to run around. Alas toilets now only open very limited times and need to ask staff to unlock.

A lovely quiet community center. They have a good parking space and function halls for birthdays and other parties. Outside, It is well maintained and has a great outdoor space with children's playground for family picnics. Lots of grass and area to run around.

Nice and quite Park with electric BBQ machine, Table tennis board, small area for basketball, playground for kids.

Great place. Community spirit at its best! Plants and things for sale. And a couple of times a year seedling sales- a must event!

A beautiful setting. Gazebo, cafe, rolling lawns, great for children to run around, have a picnic, and a tiny library book swap.

My local park! Love coming down here to shoot some hoops. Usually well-kept, the grass gets s bit overgrown at times. Would be great if they put in some new barbeques so we could enjoy a Sunday morning cook-up.

It's a good location to host a little party or a park based activities

This is the perfect expression of community spirit in an urban facility. An active community garden, beautifully maintained gardens and buildings, playgrounds, shade and birdlife. A family picnic site with a rotunda and fountain, and a program of indoor happenings. A credit to the Marion Counci. Just beautiful.

Glandore Community centre sits within beautifully manicured grounds, including a lovely Community Garden and offers a wide range of activities and programs.

Friendly centre with beautiful grounds and a wide range of activities. Come and try a new skill or buy some local produce. Lovely cafe and lots going on.
