Georgio’s Mediterranean reviews
20Yiros was insanely good, never had one like it, highly recommend and will definitely be back. Coffee was also delicious!
Bought take out today $31.58 chips were really nice but disappointed with the yiros it was dry and had no garlic sauce. Also the sweets selection was very very poor, unfortunately I'll never go there again.
NEVER AGAIN WE WENT WITH MY PARTNER I HAD A PRAWN SHAZLIC AND THE PRAWNS WERE SMALL, 1 LAMB SHAZLIC AND THE MEAT ON THE STICK WERE THE SIZE OF A SMALL MARBLE, THE PORK SHAZLIC WAS THE SAME! AND THE SALAD WAS DISGUSTING, A VERY SMALL HAND FULL OF SALAD, VERY DISAPPOINTED, WE WILL NEVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN, I WOULD RATHER COOK AT HOME THAN GO THERE!
Food was yum. Perfectly cooked. Perfectly portioned. Service super friendly, welcoming. Dessert made on site, and equally delicious.
We’ll be back!
Had the open plate lamb yiros as well as the falafel yiros and they were both delicious. The tazatzki and hommos that came with them were exceptional. Very tasty food and excellent service. Strongly recommend.
Staff were friendly & helpful. My friends & I enjoyed our lunch, we loved the warm pita bread the salad was lovely & fresh, the serving sizes were generous. But we all felt that the meats were a tad too salty & the knives weren't the best, needed sharper knives.
We've been here a few times and never disappointed. The platters in particular are delicious and reasonably priced with a decent sized serving. The owner is very entertaining and not shy with his views, views that we completely agree with. Long may his business prosper.
Absolutely an amazing Greek restaurant.
Huge servings.
Good range of drinks also.
The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly.
It's nice to sit back and relax there too, over a coffee or cake.
Went there with the wife.
We had the platter for 2 last time and struggled to finish it.
Go there for a meal, you won't regret it.
Beautiful place. Some miss understanding happened with the order and the owner fixed it beautifully.
Delicious food and great desert.
Visited here last night, food was AMAZING, waiters were so friendly, we had dessert and coffee as well. Everything was incredibly great
What a wonderful experience at this amazing Greek restaurant. Best food & service. Highly recommend!
Average food
Owner with no mask
Waitress very rude
Owner sitting at table with no mask during Covid restrictions
Do not recommend
What a Gem. We all know that Covid 19 has shaken up everyone and every place but when driving up Lower North East Road and seeing Georgio's you really MUST stop in, say hi, order absolutely anything from their menu and you won't be disappointed.
We loved the company, the food, the coffee, the sweets and the wine was divine.
On Point, well priced and food equalled only by the best.reminds us on Greece!
Thanks Kosta and the team.
Well the food looks good, but that's all I can say. Giving it a miss because at $18 per bottle Byo charge, & cheapest house wine $25- just plain not willing to pay that in the suburbs. Pity, I wish some of these restaurants realised they are in the food, not wine business. I willingly pay between $0 & $10 corkage, at several other local restaurants.
The best Greek/Mediterranean food in Adelaide hands down. The quality of meat and food is beyond amazing. Kosta and staff go above and beyond to ensure the quality is of the highest quality.
Me and my partner go once a week and travel 30 mins to get there. The share platters are to die for!
Can't say I've tried the spanakopita as they never have any everytime I go in. It's the second time now. Also, I think it's the owner, he seems a bit rude and careless. The owner is NOT the young fella.
Went in after going to the gym with my child. The man behind the counter (not assuming the owner) looked me in the eyes and then completely ignored me. We were waiting to be served and he was so rude, didn't greet us when we entered and didn't attend to us when we were wanting to be served. Was not busy there was only 2 other people in the shop. Lacks, customer service. Would not ever come back. Had to tell my child we were leaving when though they wanted something as we were waiting and I will not put up with rudeness. Very disappointed.
What a great cafe! The food was fantastic and cooked perfectly. We had the shared platter and it was amazing. Our young daughter had a separate meal, and that came out to her so quickly which was great.kids are always hungry! The owner, Kosta, was super friendly, at the end of the meal, he came out and had a chat with us, such a nice touch! Will definitely be back, can't wait for the Cream Kataifi again, OMG it is AMAZING!
The worst ever place I went to. Very bad customer service and un polite way with dealing with people. The owner is very rude and will not ever thinking going there again or recommend it to any one
