Gelatissimo Gouger St

Bought few with 2 choice coin and one of the girls put vary small scope I ask that is vary small she said that’s how much we put!
I usually gets them from Rundle street thy are vary generous and much bigger then this store! Also thy charge for cho brownie and Rundle street one don’t charge either!

Totally disappointed with the quality and texture of the ice cream.it was just like a normal regular ice cream.

Best gelati in Adelaide, varieties of flavours, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staffs always serving customers with smiles! Really appreciate the manager Jerry’s help for flavour selection!

The premises looked like it was half open/half closed and there was only 1 staff member (that was seen) during a peak lunch period which appeared to be under the pump. Otherwise the Gelato itself was great!

Love the fact that they have such a large selection of vegan gelatos, all which taste like they actually use real fruit!

Wide variety of delicious flavours and always get good service. Great place for a cheeky ice cream.

Friendly staff. I really like this place and highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and service is fast. A good range of things on the menu and they don’t screw up your order like other places. Can be busy at peak times but no more then would be expected. Easy parking.

They have a good range of icecreams. Really nice flavours. We had the Wicked double chocolate Brownie, Bourbon Caramel & Pecans.absolutely scrumptious.

In a very cold night, the coffee machine was off thirty minutes before the closing time. Moreover, they did not advise to the customers that they were closing within the next ten minutes and kick us out of the store from a moment to another. Finally, the supposed "exclusive chocolate brownie ice cream" flavor, did not bring even 1 piece of brownie. Very disappointing!

Milk based and non milk. All really delicious. We're slowly making our way through all flavours.

Brilliant gelato, staff (girl name Victoria I believe) were a little rude and abrupt. Didn't really listen to what we asked.

Came here tonight (Saturday night, at 10: 40pm), knowing they closed at 11pm. Asked for doughnuts with ice cream (still a photo of this at the register) - staff member told me they no longer served them, which was fine. However, I Returned to ask for lemon sorbet, but the staff member said they’d packed this away and she didn’t show any interest in attempting to get the sorbet or suggest an alternative.

Instead, walked 5 minutes down the road to 48 flavours, which also closed at 11. Lovely staff, still fully open at 11 when we ordered. Gelatissimo was my go to. Not anymore!

Great gelato would have given 5 stars but they didnt have my favourite flavour blood orange. But do not let that deter you. Highly reccomend it.

Amazing ice cream. Had the passion fruit sorbet and the coconut lime gelato and both were great!

When you order 2 scoops in a cone and get one because she got the order wrong (thought you ordered two ice creams with one scoop each)! When you realise she miss heard (handed over the cone with one scoop and went to grab another cone) because she is on her own in a shop full of customers and is frantically trying to serve everyone, I asked if that’s one scoop and she said no that’s two! Clearly not! But had no time to fix it! 2nd time this has happened, always in the evening on a weekday! Customers should not be ripped off because you’re trying to save on wages!

Coffee and Ice Cream are very nice.coffee for 3 yrs, that mainly reason that staffs are very nice and friendly. Thanks

Always loved going to gelatissimo, the service is always quality even I rock up near closing time. They're always happy to serve you and have a good chat aswell.
Stores always clean when I go in and Im overall super impressed! (:

If I could give 200% for customer service I would. I’m usually lazy to write reviews but I had to write this review as every time I come to this store, I am always greeted with friendly staff. I am ultimately impressed tonight by a young girl who served me and despite being busy, she not once brushed me off and acted impatient! Thank you so much for your service.
