The Gawler pool is ok. Yea it's a pool, it's over clean. Over priced food over priced snacks.
My advice find someone who has a pool and use there's, sometimes this option also comes with free snacks.

Clean pool which is gas heated. Updated changerooms with lockers and good showers. Kiosk and friendly team. Limited shade.

A few 's, entrances, /, large room. Different pools, one with rail & steps to enter. $10 entry, $7.50 Concession, $2.50 child. Some shade with tables/chairs. Shaded pool plus one end of the big pool is shaded.

It's a nice little area but it closes much too early. Swimming centres were the best on hot days being able to swim until 7/8pm but this does not seem to happen any more.

Clean pool, separate pool for little kids. However there are not enough lanes for general people wanting to lap swim. As starplex squad, Gawler squad and learn to swim classes take the majority of the pool.

The outdoor area for sitting, while not swimming, is really nice and the pool that I went in was lovely, not too much chlorine and not too crowded. There's 2 pools, one for the little ones and a big lap pool that had about 3 lap lanes dedicated to doing laps, they were basically empty, the other other half of the pool was free to do whatever we wanted. The deepest end of the pool is 3.7m and they have a spring board that is usable when a staff member is watching over that area.

Great swimming areas for all ages. Diving board is opened for splash fun if you are a confident swimmer.

Was a clean and friendly place. Good prices at the kiosk.
Only gripe, it closed at 4pm on public holiday.

We watch our Grandkids at the sessions for little ones, & the staff who run them are brilliant. They sing songs & play games while training the toddlers in water safety. Lots of lifeguard supervision, heated pool, shade areas and seats for spectators. Outstanding!
