Staff are always friendly towards me. 10/15minutes wait time. Dr Chris Mkandala Is the best!

I would just like to let everyone know, that if you have any problems regarding having blood taken by Clinpath collectors. This issue is to be taken up with Clinpath - the staff do not work for Galway Medical Centre but for Clinpath - please in future do not comment on our website - Galway Medical Centre - please report these issues to Clinpath directly as only they are able to help you with these matters, it is out of our control.

Once again really happy with my visit to Galway Medical Centre. Admin staff are always very kind, nurses very helpful and gentle and today was no different. Reasonable wait time for the doc, only 10 minutes.

I waited an hour and a half for a simply vaccination after booking my appointment a week in advance.

Dr Mkandala cares, which is a rare find. He has never rushed my appointments and I am very happy. Very knowledgable.

I have been a patient here for over 25 years (from when they were located opposite Australia Post at other end of Galway Ave) and recently made online booking.

Shortly thereafter, I received a terse and rude message via APP/SMS that my booking was cancelled as I had not seen a doctor for over 12 months.

Reception staff member was rude via Voicemail and SMS and has no manners whatsoever.

This was not only upsetting but also highly distressing as I had an ear infection causing pain and

Absolutely disgusting, appalling and shameful conduct from Galway Medical Centre and its staff.

They keep sending me invoices three months later after paying already. They charge you hidden fees without telling you. Not recommend this service at all

Receptionists are incompetent. Cancelled my appointment 10 minutes beforehand because they had stuffed up, despite confirmations and reminders in the days prior. No apology, no responsibility taken. Wonderful doctors like Chris Mkandala are let down by such woeful front line support.

Dr Chris Mkulandra is the best doctor. Funny, caring, helpful and efficient. He is making a stressful time for me at the moment more easier. Thank you.

Efficient, friendly and skilled staff at this GP. Highly recommend as someone who needed a GP but was just passing through Adelaide. Thank you!

I am not a patient at this medical center but I was extremely disgusted that my elderly mother and and another patient older than her had to wait outside for their medical appointments on a 37+ degree day. For a medical center this should never have happened. Shame on you.

I have been a patient of this Practice for 10 years. From the once caring and understanding front-line Reception Staff it has become very unpleasant going into this Surgery, or even phoning up to make an appointment. Online appointments can be made, instead of having to deal with reception, for a future appointment. But heaven forbid if you have a severe headache or a UTI, and NEED to see a Doctor, or at least be able to get a prescription to relieve your symptoms. I have found the front-line staff to be cold, impersonal and even rude. The criteria unsuited to a Medical Institution/Practice that deals with people with a vast array of personal and medical problems.

Despite taking my kids to this practice all the time, I was told they wouldn't see me because I hadn't personally seen that particular doctor in 2 years. Time for a new GP practice!

I was very disappointment with the receptionist Lucy's customer service skills. I rang on three occasions and was given attitude and rude service. Further customer service training may be required.

What a great team, I am so grateful this is my place to go. Every Person in that clinic are the best and make me feel like I am in good hands. Thank you for your service lovely people. Thank you Doctor Damian, and all the other Doctor's here.

I am very dissapointed with the customer service. I call to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was super rude, she does not want to help people, i surely didnt expect to be treated like this in a medical clinic

Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors and nurses. Have been recommending this GP clinic to my family and friends. Excellent service each time I’ve gone.

Doctors are nice enough but customer service and care by reception staff is disgraceful. Not able to book immunisations online so needed to phone the centre. I was on hold for over 30mins without speaking to anyone and then their system hangs up with no warning. Wasted over an hour trying to get through to make the appointment. Good luck getting an appointment, I gave up!
