As a busy mum I have very limited time for myself, so coming to fusion each week is my chance to escape the hectic life of parenthood and really focus on my own physical health. This has resulted in both positive physical and mental health improvements. The team who coach are fantastic, supportive and motivate me to keep coming back. Each session brings a different challenge and I have enjoyed being able to push myself outside of my comfort zone! Taking time for yourself is hard but the rewards are well worth it!

Fantastic gym to go too! The staff and trainers are so welcoming and supportive. Latest gym equipment and even better class sessions and gym plans customised for you. Finally found a gym that has listened, understood and given me a plan that i wanted and I'm finally seeing the results.
