I have been dealing with Renee, and her attitude and professionalism is nothing short of amazing. She cares for the contractors just as much as she does the host employers that she provides for.

She certainly sets a bench mark that I wish more recruitment agencies followed.

I have been with FUSE over 5 Years and have always been happy with the attention and care provided by Kerri initially and now Reee

For some reason my previous review got taken down so i’ll add another one due to the fact fuse would have to be the WORST recruitment agency going around, don’t work for this mob they don’t care about anything but getting paid! They sent me to a job with no safety equipment which required lots of manual handling when i questioned them about it they questioned my skills and the fact i didn’t have my own even tho in there enrolment process they state they LEGALLY have to supply even tho they don’t and they also underpaid myself and then seemed to talk down to myself and from what i’ve seen many others. Don’t work for these people plenty of other jobs out there and i happily moved on a while ago just here to remind them they are a joke.

I am very happy to work with fuse recruitment but i have a one problem they don't give me shifts and don't attend my call.other wise I am very happy to work with fuse or bakery production work

I have been working for Fuse since they took over the recruitment at Orora @ 2016. Fuse is a great recruitment agency to work for, the team is great and very supportive. As with most casual positions the job is on call. The roster is made on the Thursday & sent to team members on the Friday. Sometimes the original roster only has a couple of days but you can find yourself working most days if you are willing & available for work.
The most important aspect is to be aware of the hazards in the job and to arrive at without drugs or alcohol in your system. Random drug & alcohol testing is done at all sites and it can mean loss of work if you are caught.

If you are wanting work they will find you something. One of the best recruitment agencies that I have dealt with

This company has stuffed around with my child support payments being taken out of my pay each week. I do not recommend.

It is nice experience with fuse specially with Rebecca Grocke​ who is recruiter of mine.
She send all the document with in details that what should I have to do before induction and after induction.
Moreover, she is very generous, calm and helpful that I find.

It is nice working with her as she allocating shifts as per my availability.

So keep it up and keep grow with more recruiting.

Got head hunted by fuse for a job they had listed. I give them 10/10 for being proactive and finding me rather than the other way round. I was over qualified for the position but happy to take the job after impressing at the interview.

I have dealt with many recruitment agencies in my professional life, however, I do attest to the fact that working with (towards the same objectives) Jaquline, where her evidently refined communication skills, and empathy has been probably the most rewarding to date. Her attention to detail, promptness in response and follow-up has been extraordinarily brilliant. To deal with Jaquline is to be in safe hands!

Ayaka is efficient in solving problems and easy to contact, quick turn back time always and very patient to listen to the caller when we have trouble whether at work or to access the FUSE web portal. She is Good.

Amy's been an excellent person to deal with, she is super friendly, helpful and welcoming!
